Upper Deck Resort

Beautiful location. Beautiful place. Terrible access road unless you have an SUV. There's 3 ⭐ food at 5 ⭐ prices. Buffets are okay but not worth it and a la carte is pretty expensive. Having your meals at another place is far better and enjoyable. Big corporates ruin the tranquil atmosphere by being loud, boisterous and often drunk. We wanted two days of peace and quiet and ended up having to deal with shouting, hooting, whistling, drunks and what not. Couldn't use the pool as it was taken over by the corporate groups. In 2 days we had to bear with 4 groups so you can imagine our ordeal. We were glad to just go back home.

The resort was great. A nice place at the top. The food was like breakfast was awesome as I like south indian food 😌, even the lunch and dinner are great but for the non veg they should go for North Indian style they are great. I'm not making stereotypes but it will actually increase your customers more.

Had a very bad experience. Visited this place with my kids and mom who’s an elderly citizen. The security and the gate and person at the reception was really insensitive and rude. We wanted to look around the property and have food in the restaurant that was open to all guests. We were not allowed inside and they told us to leave. We informed that we have not come to stay since the resort was full, we just wanted to check the property and taste food. However we were bluntly denied. |If this is the way guests are treated then it’s not long that the brand will be tarnished and they will regret the high handed attitude. Also a loss for them as I came with an intention to check the property for events purposes as I’m heading the HR department of a large financial institution. Great I got a flavour of their pathetic business sense and behaviour. I’ll not be returning to this place again and will definitely share my feedback in my network.

Extremely bad experience. Absolutely pathetic behaviour by staff members including security at the entrance and some Mr. Bipin at the reception. I along with my kids and mom who is an elder citizen had visited this place, wanted to see the property and have food in their restaurant. We were stopped at the entrance. We requested that since we have come so far, at least let us check the property. However the staff was extremely insensitive and told us to return since all rooms are booked. We said that we’re not here to stay and the restaurant is open to all guests, so should not be a problem. However both reception and security treated my family in an insulting manner. Anyway, this is an opportunity loss for the management as well, because I work with a very large bank and I wanted to check out the property for future events as well. However, I’ve never seen such a pathetic treatment towards guests. I’m sure if this continues, it not long before their attitude will vanish as business gets affected and brand name is tarnished. Absolutely useless place and insensitive people!

Beautifully located on the top of the hill... 4 stars for the location, But the approach to the hotel is very bad.... The property is very beautiful and well maintained but rooms need the proper renovation now. The furniture the room ambience is lacking/ killing the vibe of the property... The place is secluded so better to take include your lunch & dinner. Though menu I'd limited... Over all it was worth visit once if haven't been... #KaroJalsa

Topnotch property with incredible mountain views but spoiled with old-looking room interiors, limited food options and mediocre service level. The location and exterior part of the property is really amazing and deserves a big wow..!! However room furnishings, buffet and service level doesn’t match the best in class level. Some improvements in overall services will definitely qualify this property for 5 star ratings.
