Room:- It was clean. But there was cockroach roaming around. And even on bed. Pillows were clumsy . One was big other was small. But the cotton inside was not proper. This caused improper sleep. Hotel- location is good. But maintenance not good.bylanes smelled a lot due to toilet smell or water dripping from above. Pool was also not maintained. Hence avoided to enter. The artificial water fall. And one more roundabout sitting section of pool were kept closed. The artificial lake also was not properly maintained. Food is too costly 1250 pp for dinner and room service not available. So if you are with small baby or children. Make your preparation well in advance to avoid tricky situation. And if travelling with elderly who might need medical care. Avoid this place. As it is far off from the centre and no ambulance was visible as well

The location of the hotel is excellent, with really beautiful views, but unfortunately the overall hotel experience was quite average and did not justify the price. There were several maintenance and service issues during our stay: * No Wi-Fi in the rooms. * The swimming pool was not well maintained, with broken tiles, and towels were not readily available. * The Jacuzzi was not working. * The AC remote and TV remote were both not working. * The shower sprayed water randomly instead of properly. * There were leakages in multiple areas throughout the property. * The intercom phone was not working and had to be replaced. The dining experience was also disappointing. There was no à la carte option, and the buffet was charged at ₹1,250 per person, despite the food being quite average. Service charges were also added without clearly communicating this beforehand. The hotel has a great location and fantastic views, but the property clearly needs better maintenance, working facilities, and improved service. At this price point, I expected a much better overall experience.

Stunning location, but absolutely terrible experience and zero hospitality. Avoid! When planning a weekend getaway, the entire point is to relax, enjoy good food, unwind without constant restrictions, and make memories. Sadly, Upper Deck Resort completely ruined our trip. Aside from the picturesque location and view, everything else deserves a 0 out of 5 rating. Here is our honest experience 1. Horrible Access & Zero Support for Groups: If you are traveling with a group (we had 30–40 people in a Volvo bus), be warned: large buses cannot make it up to the resort. Instead of arranging shuttle assistance or warning us beforehand, they left us stranded 3 km away. We were forced to arrange local transport on our own, which cost us ₹2,000 extra just for a 3 km drop. The staff offered zero help or courtesy. 2. Shocking Lack of Maintenance & Safety Hazards: Game Zone: The air conditioning was completely non-functional. To make matters worse, water was actively leaking from the ceiling, leaving the entire floor dangerously wet and slippery. Swimming Pool: Filthy and poorly purified water. Several pool tiles were broken and missing, posing a serious injury risk. 1. Strict Timings & Lack of Activities: There are barely any activities to enjoy. Even the few indoor games they have are shut down strictly on rigid timings. It felt more like staying in a hostel with rules and curfews than a leisure resort. 2. Pathetic Food, Service & Arrogant Staff: The food was sub-par and tasteless, service was exceptionally slow, and whenever we raised concerns, the staff responded with sheer arrogance and indifference. Do not waste your hard-earned money and precious holidays here. A good view cannot compensate for broken amenities, unhygienic facilities, and rude management. You are far better off renting a private villa or choosing another resort in Lonavala. Highly disappointing and strongly not recommended

1.Wonderful experience visiting scenic, beautiful surroundings, catching views of mountains . 2. Quit place away from city noise. 3. Food quality was great. 4. Mountain view Rooms are located in front of scenic view. Room size is quite big and provisions are made to accommodate more persons. 5. Beautiful part of room is attached open balcony, where you can sit with tea and enjoy natural surrounding. 6. Not big pool. 7. Only improvement can be done for connecting road was quite rough.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay Above the Clouds! ☁️🌿 Upper Deck Resort, Lonavala is truly a one-of-a-kind place! The views are absolutely breathtaking — you genuinely feel like you're above the clouds. 😍 While going up the hill from Tungarli dam, scenic views capture your mind and soul. Check in is easy as we have pre-booked. The food was amazing every single time. We did order vegetable Maggie and Kanda Bhajiya to relish in that beautiful weather. Also enjoyed a few drinks. A little expensive but hey ho.. There are plenty of fun activities like swimming, carrom, table tennis, chess, and cards, making it a great place for families and friends. Also, trails to walk towards small waterfall, walks to Restaurant, Activity Areas and fro room are very nice and those views just fill the hearts with so much happiness. To quote my wife, "Bahut chalna padta hai" so make sure to pack your sports shoes and raincoat if visiting in rainy season. A couple of areas could be improved — the mattresses and cushions weren't very comfortable and the rooms could have been better lit. Also I don't understand why road to such a beautiful property is not very well developed. I am sure local council and hotel can manage to get it repaired, barricades can be setup at turns, potholes and especially those cut sides of roads could be repaired urgently. We had scary experience while going towards hotel as our vehicle got stuck while giving space to other car and we spent a lot of time stuck there. But honestly, the incredible views, peaceful surroundings, delicious food, and overall experience more than make up for all those tiny miny improvement areas. They also helped us getting ride back home. Highly appreciate help of staff and Mr. MANAGER. Kudos to you. Please keep up the good work. A perfect place to relax, unwind, enjoy nature, and create beautiful memories. Definitely recommended! ❤️ 5/5 for the overall experience!
