We had an amazing stay at Discover Resorts Khandala! Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The food was healthy, tasty, and freshly prepared, which we truly appreciated. Our room number 212 had a beautiful view and an exciting train view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—very close to the highway and easy to reach, yet peaceful and relaxing. The staff members are extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. This resort is affordable, budget-friendly, and offers great value for money. It is a perfect place to stay with family, and we truly enjoyed every moment here. Highly recommended! Must try and must stay. We will definitely visit again. 🌟

We had a really good time at the resort! The food was tasty, and we had fun playing pool, TT and carrom. Would’ve been even better if they had a proper table tennis ball though. The rooms were okay but a bit messy, and we did spot a couple of cockroaches. The magic show was entertaining, just nothing new that we haven’t seen before. Service gets full marks — the staff were very polite and attentive to our needs.

The stay at the resort was below expectations and needs serious attention. While the property itself has potential with a pleasant environment, a spacious room, a well maintained party hall, and a large clean swimming pool but the service and overall management were disappointing.||The staff, including the manager, were unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful, which significantly affected the experience. Dinner arrangements were chaotic, with poorly organized food stalls and insufficient quantity for guests. Basic comfort was also compromised due to a heavy mosquito issue across the premises.||The resort lacks proper management, hospitality standards, and attention to guest comfort. Immediate improvements are needed in staff behavior, food service organization, and pest control.

Discover Resort Review: Old Property with Potential Our stay at Discover Resort was average, with noticeable maintenance issues. Located between Khandala and Lonavala, the resort has a decent location—not too close, not too far from the market. Visiting on a weekday during off-season, the hotel was nearly empty. The rooms showed clear signs of wear—damaged wooden furniture and old stains in the bathroom. A cockroach in the room was not addressed despite our complaint. One room was upgraded to include a bunker bed and bathtub, offering a road-facing view with steam visible outside. However, it lacked a TV, and the water temperature for bathing was inconsistent—either too hot, too cold, or not hot at all. Lunch was decent, though food options were limited (both veg and non-veg available). The staff were friendly and helpful, but the property’s age and lack of upkeep were evident. The resort’s location makes having a vehicle handy, as local taxis and autos charge ₹400-500 for short trips (even within 1 km). A hotel shuttle service would greatly improve guest convenience. Overall, Discover Resort has potential but needs significant maintenance and amenity upgrades to enhance guest experience.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We especially loved the swimming pool and recreation area, ideal for both families and groups. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. Overall, Discover Resorts offers the perfect blend of relaxation, nature, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in the beautiful hills of Khandala!
