Hotel Aristro Lonavala

The Hotel was quite okay to be precise. The location was good, can be easily located, and quite peaceful. Only problem that I faced is the maintenance and room service. There were spider webs in our room which is very disgusting. The walls were damp and also smelly. This place could really use a renovation if I suggest. Other than that the rooms were quite spacious, the staff was courteous and the location, as I mentioned earlier, was good enough. As we just needed hotel for resting purpose only cause we had few travel plans so this was good for us . Overall it was good to be there , I'll recommend to visit once ☺️ One more thing it has pool !!

It's just ok to stay but not fully as per photos shown in the website or MMT. But yes value for money if you want to spend just a night stay while travelling.

Hotel was gud but room environment also ok no freshnes all room full of bedbugs i change 2 rooms with my family n child but another room also with bug whole night i was not able to sleep as i want to stay more there but because of this room dirty smell in washroom no freshness i move out early from hotel. If you see the condition of pillow without cover you will not sleep in that bed so dirty it was.

Previously aristro hotel was good but now it is miserable. Everything stinks. Room’s smells a lot. Not at all hygienic. Wifi is only for show, without network. Every hotel serves complimentary breakfast. This hotel also serve but breakfast is also useless. They don’t have toaster. Basically they need renovation and proper management.

Worst hotel I have ever been. Service - 0, food - ok ok, staff behaviour - rude, worst part - front desk person is also 3rd class, who even don't know how to talk with customers. Rooms and furniture are too old, that certian wardrobe haven't door. Hot water is not at all provided and when coustomer is asking they provide electric rod which is again not safe. Even plug of washroom is broken hence you need to take water bucket in the room and plug the electric rod. Swimming pool and game zone is ok. For family not at all recommended..

The hotel is quite far from the main attractions, and don't go on Google images, hotel is old but service makes it worthwhile. The staff is attentive and prompt, ensuring a comfortable stay. If you value great service over location.

worsted place I ever visited reason washroom has cockroach , 🪳🪳🪳🪳 room smells bad , when I complaint to manager he replied it's common comes from drainage this is how a manager should reply to customer, Dinner was good but breakfast was pathetic upma seems like it was raval is soaked in boiling water not taste at alll , Aloo paratha was worst then that I dnt understand why u guys r running a hotel and if u r running then atleast follow some norms.
