Riverdale Resort Lonavala

The resort is really good, the staff is helpful and polite, food is good as well, location is little outside but near nature, recommend 👍 Rooms can be a little more cleaned, great vibe for a weekend gateway.

1st floor onwards rooms are perfect. But the rooms in ground floor was not good. Rain Water was coming inside the room. Staff was very nice and polite. 5 star for staff and their services. Food was also delicious.

We booked for 2 day's of non AC rooo. At ground floor.. very dirty room . Very dry carpet and smell likes it open after some days. Bed sheet and pillow not clean . In side the pillow there is have moisture very dirty it has.

Rooms in ground floor are very worst rooms. Its not same as shown in the agoda website. Its non ac deluxe rooms. From first floor onwards rooms are good. Water coming inside the room from walls. And they sticked something on the wall.

Alert: This is not a resort. This place is worst than a 3rd grade lodge. This place is a scam. Very dirty smell in the room, stinkiest room i came across in my life, watery and slippery floor like soap water spread all over the room anyone can fall within 5 mins of walk in the room, bed bugs biting every minute, 2 towels with dirty smell were given, no Soap in the bathroom, No Tv, No internet, no Mobile network, No charging socket, no side tables beside the bed, no phone to call the reception. I think some foolish people running this place. Completely unhygienic, dirty, stinky, pathetic place. Very rude people. Please dont get fooled by the pictures uploaded. Not worth even if this hotel room is offered for free. This was my short review of this place. Do read my full experience below before booking and thank me later for saving your trip and your holiday mood . My detailed experience = Scam 1= the room was so stinky as if it had not been clean since a long time. I have travelled a lot and never ever came across a stinkiest room like this. Scam 2= the room was on the ground floor and entire floor was wet and so slippery as if u are in a bathroom with soap spread all over. I almost had fall and somehow balanced myself otherwise it would have been a big accident. After complaining for the stinking and slippery floor the manager was so rude and not ready to accept that the floor is slippery and justifiing that its rainy season so it was normal . By the time we we checking out at 10 am in the morning the room floor was so wet as if someone has taken a bath in the room.Very bad experience. Please dont waste your money . Not worth even for Rs.1000. Scam 3= too many bed bugs in the room. Every minute it was biting couldn't sleep at all. Scam 4= No Tv, no internet, no side table on either side of the bed, no charging socket i dont know how dare they call it a resort, looks like some foolish people running this place. Manager, owner and other staffs are very rude... they even dont know how to treat with guest... I finally found one socket which was meant for the Tv on the opposite side of the bed near the main entrance of the room. Pathetic , unhygienic, ridiculous, rude, i think this type of hotel should be fined for cheating people. Scam 5= No soap in the bathroom. Just 2 stinky towels they had kept. No western toilet in my room, my handicapped son had to suffer a lot because of this. Worst experience of my life. Was not able to sleep. I was waiting for the morning so tht i can run away from that wierd smell in the room. Save your time and money.

The only good thing here was I could park my car peacefully. Booked non ac room but turned out to be a disaster. Upgraded paying a thousand rupees extra but as everyone says, no AC, no TV, no wifi at least I was expecting water bottle but it was charged extra!!! The worst thing was there was no hot water as well!! Ufff i couldn't see anything good. Damn... I'm being sorry to myself for booking this place.

DON'T GO HERE Very pathetic experience here, they shows deluxe rooms on Google , also over the phone they said rooms are deluxe but actually they gives us drivers used room. Behaviour is very very bad from the lady who look after there. DON'T GO HERE

Location was very good but rooms was too expensive and smelling like smoke 🚬. Room service was the worst. The waiter was very rude. And the receptionist was dumb.
