Sterling Lonavala

Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the Sterling- Lonavla Resort. Right next to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, it is very near to Mapro garden, 3 kms from Narayani Dham and one very good Maharastrian styled Dhaba- The Ranwara Dhaba. All the staff members at the resort are very courteous and polite and tried to accomodate all our requests. Especially Tej who went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. The property has a vintage and rustic feel to it as it is more than 40 years old. Would surely recommend a stay at the resort.

I recently stayed at Sterling Hotel in Lonavala, and it was a truly refreshing experience. The location is beautiful, nestled amidst greenery, which offers a peaceful ambiance away from the city’s noise. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. Highly recommend this place for families and anyone looking to unwind. Definitely coming back!

Rooms are spacious with good housekeeping service. Food quality OK but dining room staff less and service slow. ||Located in residential area without any shops nearby. No entertainment etc for guests. Small garden. Games like TT Room, Billiards, Carrom & Chess boards provided but not maintained well. ||- Lift old and defective |- Dining room service slow. Less staff |- No ice in room service |- Small napkins not provided|- Tooth paste etc on request only|- Fan regulator not working in one room |- Tea kettle defective in another room

Beautiful property with outstanding hospitality.The housekeeping team did amazing leaf and towel art in our room.Food was mouth watering, we could relish on it. Though stayed just for two nights we could see many families enjoying .Overall we had great experience and we would surely comeback with our families next time.

7 of us , 3 couples and myself spent some quality time , first at Sterling - Stolen Heaven and Sterling ,Lonavla. The stay in both places was extremely good. There were some minor issues in Stolen Heaven. Later we were told that it had opened recently. Surely those problems ŵould be resolved in near future. Our stay at Lonavla was very good. One of the staff there, Tej Singh was extremely helpful and saw to it that we were comfortable. He was very cheerful , caring and soft spoken . We thank him personally for overseeing our stay. He even requested me to say a few words expressing our stay and videoed it. Thank you very much Tej Singh.

Great hospitality, courteous staff. Good travel package, on road property. The lift is very old, heard from staff that the entire facility is getting renovated. Swimming pool is small but clean. Food at restaurant was good. Reasonable recreational facility especially for old people, although it was not exiting it keeps u engaged with other people around.

The location is right on the way, Mapro Garden, Trick Vision, access to Mumbai Pune expressway is very near. Staff is well mannered, food is good. However, parking space is not enough, no gym, swimming pool is tiny, rooms are not wisely layout, bathroom door is right in front of your bed, which is very bad. Tis property is old, they have retro fitted it. The rate is not at par the 3 star facilities. View from room is not so good, people walking on road can easily see what's going on in your room, you have to keep curtains closed always. Thanks,

It is an excellent property and service level are amazing. The most remarkable of the entire experience was the restaurant staff. Special thanks to Mr. Rajat and chef devendar singh really enjoyed talking to him
