Villa One

We recently stayed at this villa with our family of 13, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The property was poorly maintained, with the rooms being particularly disappointing. They were damp, dirty, and had old, spooky curtains. There was no lock on the washroom door, the AC was not functioning and also we encountered dampness, insects, lizards, Cockroaches, dogs, Frogs and even rodents inside the villa. There was a small pool, it was extremely dirty. Though the caretaker did clean it later. However, the outdoor area still wasn’t clean or comfortable enough to sit and enjoy. The passage and balcony were also unusable due to their poor condition. The only positive aspect was the ample space, but it didn’t make up for the many shortcomings. They offer to prepare food and tea if you provide the ingredients and pay extra. While the food was decent, the tea was terrible—far too sweet. They also have a barbeque option if you bring your own coal. Overall, we managed to have a good time thanks to the company we had, but the villa itself was not worth the price we paid. I wouldn't recommend it and certainly won’t be returning.

The owner is one of the most humble people i have ever seen, you get loads of options here. This man has a solution to every problem when you are at his property. Villa one had a spacious area within and outside, everything at the villa was good, especially the food was super delicious and yes, variety and taste I got here was unforgettable. We suggested them to make Punjabi style food, and we really got a fabulous food there. All thanks to Mr. Satnam Sirji for such a great service and cooperation.

The villa was an exquisite haven, a true paradise on earth. Every moment spent there felt like a dream come true. From its breathtaking views to its opulent design, it left me speechless. The attentive staff made me feel like royalty, catering to my every need. I can't wait to return to this slice of heaven.

The place is not as good as shown in the pics. Even I was sent a video and pics before booking but when we reached there the Villa was not as clean as expected. The air conditioner was not up to the mark. The pool was dirty. We were told that it will be cleaned in 45 min but they took 3 hrs still the private pool was not cleaned properly. They had electricity issues because of which the refrigerator was not working as required. The worst part was that the owner was at the property when we told him about the pool and the electricity issue he said he will look into it. Before that I had to call him twice to inform about the issues. We were given the Villa with private pool but due to unhygienic private pool we used the common pool which was good. But no reimbursement or compromise was done by the owner. He was just instructing the care take to resolve the problems. NO OWNERSHIP SHOWN BY THE OWNER. Instead he was busy with some other people at the property rather that solving the issues of existing guests. FIRST AND WORST EXPERIENCE….

We would like to thank you for the most wonderful stay at Villa One. The staff has been so friendly, we've felt at home. Thank you for looking after us & serving more than what we expected during our stay. We enjoyed every moment we spent here. Perfect place for outing with family, friends & colleagues.

This villa was not clean. And they don't provide any services. We had to face lot of issues. The basic facilities were also not given. And no maintenance done of the property. There were big rats, frogs in the house. And the caretaker says that sometimes even baby lions appear in the surroundings.

Let me start with the owner, Mr Satnam he is a big fraud. Once the money is debited to him he doesn’t care what the guest wants or what problem they face. The Villa is actually an old bungalow which is not maintained it stinks has rats and flies. There is no keys to the main door. The main door doesn’t have locks from inside which means you have to sleep with open doors. A huge huge risk for the guest but the owner is not bothered at all. The food is also pathetic he gets it from Vashi and the caretakers who are so unhygienic fries and prepares the food for you in a room which is full of flies and dirt. Wastage of money. A huge request to anyone who reads this review to not visit this KHUNDER.

Thanks for a great week here at your villas ! The staff have been very courtious and helpfull. It is a very peacefull location with a relaxing atmosphere. The pool is a great size for all of us and we loved it. It is very noticable that extra efforts are made by staff to make this a very nice vacation. Would definitely come here again. Thank you
