Aron Resort

Just I visited to the resort stay there for 24 hours. No satisfaction for money, they charged me around 4000 plus for 24 hours from reconnect services, but no use of it. Room service found very bad and there is no hand wash in bathrooms. Sleepers are missing, they were offered me towel with shit on it, there was a light odour in blankets. Staff is new and enough polite except one. Swimming pool water is not hygiene, Our family got sick for two days. There is only one swimming pool. Few indoor games are there and staff just showed like there is a indoor games because they know condition of that games available there. I can't recommend this resort.

our experience here was horrific. The rooms were filthy, resembling an old, neglected bungalow with excessive dust accumulation. Wet marks and dust covered the beds, while mirrors were stained with red splatters, resembling paan masala stains. Pillows and bed were completely covered in fungus. The water had yellowish hue that was unacceptable.The wave pool was not working at the time of visit.The receptionist was utterly unresponsive and dismissive of our concerns, frequently cutting off our calls. To make matters worse, the fan and AC were non-functional. Coming to the food everything was good but adding sugar in sambar is unacceptable.sambar is meant to be spicy and not sweet😭 However, the rest of the staff, particularly the housekeeping and electrician, were exceptionally polite and friendly. They demonstrated a genuine willingness to help and provided good service. Unfortunately, the receptionist's behavior and the overall state of the facilities overshadowed the positive experiences. The management needs to take immediate action to address these issues and provide a clean, comfortable, and respectful environment for their guests. Until then, As a DOCTOR I would not recommend this place to anyone for hygienic issues.

I’m not one to usually leave harsh reviews, but my stay at this place was a complete disaster. First off, the power cuts were relentless and there was no backup, making the experience incredibly frustrating. The swimming pool was filthy—clearly, they don’t care about cleanliness. The doors in the rooms didn’t even close properly, which is unacceptable. The sofa was uncomfortable, and the breakfast was always unavailable, which was a huge letdown. To top it off, the staff were unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Despite what MMT says about allowing outside food, they denied it during check-in. The menu was way overpriced for the quality they offered. Overall, this place was a huge waste of money and not worth a single penny. Avoid it if you can!

I recently stayed in a super deluxe room, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. For the price, I expected more amenities, but there were no bathroom essentials like body wash or handwash provided also no WIFI available in room. Additionally, the fan and AC were quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep. One of the most frustrating issues was a power outage early in the morning that lasted 45 minutes, further disrupting my rest. While the staff was polite and the food was delicious, the room itself felt outdated, with old furniture that detracted from the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable stay. Overall, I felt it was not value for money.

Not worth…. 1. Intercom not working 2. No water in bathroom & washroom before 8am 3. Room service not available 4. Bisleri bottle is already opened 5. Swimming pool water is not clean 6. Wave pool not working 7. Full resort area is slippery 8. Only Food is Good

The place was a disartar rooms were not cleaned not friendly staff and caretaker the mangment was messed up we stayed 2 days 1 night the wave pool was not working and they and when we asked them they just use to stay the motor man is on leave or the motor is not working and the tile of wave pool was broken like around 50 plus people were injured in front of my eyes including ny friends and the people in the reception were non friendly and out side our villas ther was just a dum of a water there was not any other source of water in rooms and the dum were was also not cleaned . not friendly ,staff non friendly rooms , non friendly manger and non friendly resort i will suggest you never ever vist Aron resort ! Zero rating review and resort !

Good hotel, comfortable and clean but only the sofa in all the rooms are too old and need to be changed, hotel restaurant food is A1. Service is good and friendly staff, only the light keeps going and they dont use inverter if the hotel has less customers which is not appropriate. Overall good experience and would keep visiting as always

Poor service management because we just done a marriage function on 21 & 22 management harassment in our any function for police , copyright act . no any arrangements for govt bodies because we have only package system any liability property holders. So request to anybody for next time booking . pls clarify booking system.
