I had an incredible experience at Krushnai Resort Lonavala. From the moment I checked in, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The food was absolutely delightful, with a variety of options to cater to every palate. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience. Even Pure Jain Food is Available all the time. The attention to detail in their service truly stood out. The facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness and maintenance of the property were impeccable. Every aspect, from room service to amenities, was handled with professionalism and care. Overall,Krushnai Resort Lonavala provided a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. I Will definitely return to this hotel with my family.

Rooms were excellent and catering to all needs . Bathtub and jacuzzi rooms are also available. Pool area is big enough and can accommodate a group pr big families…. I would recommend all to come to krushnai resort and enjoy all amenities……..

Avoid this place. It has bed bugs. They know about the problem yet assign rooms that have bed bugs. We left the hotel in middle of the night due to biting. Staff was rude and didn't reimburse our money. Food is horrible. They served spoiled cucumber in salad.

Please book this hotel at your own risk

It's an old property with such smelly rooms, and the lift smells like a public toilet. NO buffet breakfast is available. Do not buy breakfast inclusion cos it's a waste. Also they have 2 options for breakfast, idli and bhature and nothing else. Overall a sad stay, they have to improve from all aspects.

All photos are heavily edited, this is not a resort it is an hotel. The bed rooms are infested with bedbugs. The staff just sprays hit/baygon before check-in. Food is spoiled and dinner is made using left-over lunch. Do not book this hotel. Better resorts in lonavala in beffer proces than this hotel.

Krushnai resort, Kingdom of bedbugs. Krushnai resort is old property in central Lonavla. Images shown are very old and current condition is not that good. Food quality is not that good. But the worst thing of this property is bedbugs. We booked 5 rooms for our office outing and all were infested by the bedbugs. We had to leave the property midnight as no one wanted to take home these unwanted guests which will give you sleepless nights at your home. It’s the one place you should avoid while booking stay in Lonavla. I also felt that many of the other reviews are paid and bought periodically to show hotel in good light.
