Meritas Picaddle Resort - Lonavala

We visited during second week of October. Lovely experience. The resort location, staff, service, neatness, restaurant food, pool, parking space, room service everything was great. |Location- it is located exactly in the main market where you can explore some local food, pubs, bars. |Food- The restaurant menu was simple yet delicious. The prices were also reasonable. Since the restaurants were compact in space the early morning breakfast rush was handled very effectively. |Rooms - Very neat, clean. Sofa was a bit mossy and could do a vaccum Or change of covers. |Pool- This is the Trump card of the resort. They have a jacuzzi pool plus a normal swim pool which is quite large. They also have their own water park with big and baby water slides and other enjoyment.

Meritas Picaddle Resort in Lonavala offers one of the best vacation experiences! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and provide a relaxing environment. The resort has something for everyone—an amazing swimming pool, a fun-filled water park, and a game zone featuring Play Station, Air Hockey, Snooker, and Table Tennis. The food was absolutely delicious, making every meal a treat. Whether you're looking to relax or have fun, this resort has it all. Highly recommended for families, couples, and friends looking for a perfect getaway!

I would count this place as a good find for me as it met almost all my needs. Right from brilliant customer service, to excellent food (Indian, Chinese, Thai all were good), yummy breakfast, right in the heart of the market, good clean main pool, completely functional gaming zone for kids, spa, gym and mini water park and garden. This place has all one can ask for. All rooms face the pool and are very clean. My 3 stars for rooms are because they can be upgraded to feel better. The only disappointment for me was that you can't get a lonavala feel like view of mountains or forest, and that's a personal choice as I'm a nature lover. However, everything else more than made up for the lack of feel. Hence, I'd love to visit again. I highly recommend this place, specially if you have kids.

The hotel was decent, particularly the staff. At the front desk, I found the staff to be courteous and polite. The restaurant was also good. Checking in was smooth. The rooms seem a tad old but were well kept. The location is In a prime area which carried its advantages and disadvantages. Since the property faces the road, there is constant noise of traffic. But the good part is that the market area is in walking distance. I would recommend this property for a short getaway.

I have been to this property many times and the experience has always remained the same. Amazing as always!!! We found the entire team welcoming and strives towards giving better experience to the customers. Though it was 3 days/2 nights short trip, we found the time passed too quickly . It's a great property where you do not feel the need to step out.

We had a marriage event organized from 12 th December 2024 to 15th December 2024, from day 1 eating there food most of the adult guests had bloating and acidity, by the 4th day 5 kids aged between 5 to 9 years developed food poisoning:2 were hospitalized, please avoid this place if u want to save u r kids life's. Met the head chef and manager, they denied.There kitchen is highly unhygienic and all vegetables are cold storage stuff.

I had an incredible experience at Suveda SPA! The ambiance was soothing, with calming music and a serene setting. The staff were warm, professional, and made me feel completely relaxed. My [Swedish massage] was exceptional – the therapist was skilled and attentive. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I highly recommend this spa for a peaceful and revitalizing escape!

We were attended by Jitendra who made sure we were getting every single request fulfilled on time with smile. He is a GEM. we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Most important was their breakfast options. Almost 15+ items...it was simply superb. Loved it.
