I recently booked a room at Dream holiday resort through Fab hotel and had a terrible experience when I arrived. Here’s: I booked my stay online on 3.8.24 and received a confirmation email with all the details. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk informed me that my booking had been canceled. They provided no prior notice or explanation. The staff were unhelpful and unapologetic. They did not offer any alternatives or assistance in finding another accommodation. This situation caused a significant amount of stress and inconvenience, especially since I was traveling, I had to scramble to find another hotel on short notice, which was both time-consuming and costly. There was no prior communication about the cancellation. If there had been an issue, I should have been notified in advance so I could make other arrangements. This kind of service is unacceptable. I chose this hotel based on positive reviews and its convenient location, but this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their booking process and customer service. I urge other travelers to be cautious when booking at Dream holiday resort and to confirm their reservations multiple times to avoid such an unpleasant experience.

We checked in on 3rd of August morning. The room was in bad condition,AC was not working, no proper services. The room was full of cockroaches . The food in ok but too costly ,so prefer to have it outside

Don't get confused by reading old reviews. Just go and enjoy a pleasant, calm stay at the hotel. The hotel is nice, and the staff is polite. Rooms are also neat and clean. I will not recommend spending money on the food, as there are much better options available nearby. If you are going with your own vehicle, you will definitely enjoy your weekend.

Service was pathetic. Servant's were so mean. Food was very bad in taste. Didn't got towels throughout entire stay and got deluxe room instead of super deluxe. Swimming pool is not maintained well. Electricity went multiple times during our 2 days stay. Even water management was poor, have to call them multiple times to refill the water tank while using toilet. AC was not setviced as continuous noise was coming from it. Very bad experience. Would have rated 0* if option persists.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent.

Worst experience, Totally west of money, Ac is not working and towels are not available and also manager have not any sense.
