This is an old resort and renovated. Rooms are good. Do ask to show before booking. A couple of options for breakfast. Bread tea and upma are good. Mapro is next to the resort, where you can enjoy mango/strawberry cream, pizza, and sandwiches. Also, they have jelly, syrup, crush, etc. available for shopping.

"Disappointing Stay: Water Seepage, Damaged Walls, Rotten Wardrobes, Bad Service, and Overpriced" I had a terrible stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I could tell that this was not going to be a good experience. The room was overpriced for what it was, and it quickly became clear that the hotel was poorly maintained. There was water seepage throughout the room, with damp spots on the walls and ceiling. The wallpaper was peeling and the paint was chipping, making the entire room look shabby and poorly cared for. The wooden wardrobe was old and rotting, with a musty smell that filled the room. Despite reporting these issues to the front desk, nothing was done to rectify the situation. The staff seemed uninterested in providing good service, and I was left to deal with the problems on my own. This lack of attention to guest needs is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The water seepage, damaged walls, and rotten wardrobe are just a few of the issues that made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing. The lack of effort by the staff to address these issues only made matters worse. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Not up to the mark. Sticky room floor, slippery bath room, ages old furniture in the room requires immediate attention from the management. Bath room door was just horrible. Lacking in basic amenities like 24 hour hot water, change of bed covers on daily basis etc. The only plus point was their food with Good & quality spread.

A decent place for stay. Pool is small to handle crowd in peak time. Breakfast spread is appreciable. Rooms are very okay as the property looks very old. Bathrooms need sincere cleaning or renovation infact. Though room service was fast.

Very poor service. worst security. Lost my moms purse and they did not even tried to search. Room are not clean. CCTV only for show. Not a single camera.We asked manager to ask about purse to all his staff and guest staying there. But he did not responded. From this it's obvious that Hotel staff responsible for loss of purse. Think before you take a halt in this rediculous resort

Visited this resort with 2families. ||1. No restaurant or kitchen. Only limited dishes for dinner. Will be served by 8pm latest. No items can be ordered during the day.||2. No power for mini 12hrs in a day. No generator back up. Power goes at 5am and comes back at 7pm only so that you can have your dinner.||3. No water in the rooms for 2days no actions from the management. For washroom had to go to Mapro resort and use since no water in resort.||||Rooms conditions extremely poor. ||Only Television. No cable connections to watch anything.||||Worst experience of a lifetime.

Pros: 1. Spacious rooms with decent washroom and a small pool facing balcony 2. Powerful AC 3. Comfortable bed and interiors 4. Hotel close to expressway with lots of eateries nearby 5. Zomato devices food pretty fast to this location 6. Nice pool (if cleaned regularly) Cons: 1. Hotel is presently run by AIHS group. No electricity. Hotel running on generator, which is shut down by the hotel staff at night causing great inconvenience to the guests. 2. Pool not cleaned regularly 3. No in house dining facility 4. Sparse staff 5.Hotel building is very old and in pathetic condition 6. cable TV connection not working

It was very comfortable stay with Rainbow retreat. Helping and friendly staff. clean rooms. Next to Mapro Garden. Also many available restaurants with good quality. Restaurant kitchen were available till 9.30 pm only and only for buffet. we order food from outside. Pleasant campus. good for families and couple as well.
