Head cook Mr. Jadhav prepares each meal with great love and care, and the same warmth is extended to every guest. The menu changes daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 3. The hotel ambiance is very beautiful. The rooms are neat, clean, and well-maintained—just like in 3-star hotels. Private cottages with personal swimming pools are available for couples and families. Overall: A great place to stay—beautiful, peaceful, and budget-friendly.

I have a recent experience with this hotel 🏨 . I had the Apple cottage with private swimming pool. Positive : 1. It is between the Jungle , so you can expect monkeys 🙉 roaming around your place. 2. The food was nice 👍 and also the staff serving the food 🥘. 3. The car driver was supportive but you cannot expect him to be your tour guide . You have to do it yourself. Negatives : 1. The room and surroundings are not that well maintained 2. The private swimming pool is not 100% private , if someone else in the next room is using it at same time , you’re clearly visible. 3. The staff is not that good , I was needing to ask for most of the basic things 4. I paid extra for one more person but the manager didn’t informed the staff and every time I asked for extra water bottles or service , the staff makes a weird face 😒 and would ask for money making me feel uncomfortable . Plus the extra bedsheet they gave me was torned and worst quality (later changed when informed )

One of the third class hotel resort in the Mahabaleshwar. I have visited more than 100 hotel including resort till now. But this is the worst decision in my life among all the hotel. The Room service is 0. There is no wifi facility in the room. After telling multiple time still this problem not solved. And the resort manager is giving their useless reason. No television is in the room after checking. After telling they install the television but the TV Remote is not working. I do not recommend to anyone to this hotel due to their pathetic service.

Overall very good. Few suggestions. 1. Door should be maintained properly. 2. Bathroom door should be installed with a handle 3. Position of room mirror should be proper to enable one to use it effectively 4. In open area whereever staircase is there railing handles should be provided Overall very nice

The location of the hotel is really nice during the monsoon — the fog adds a beautiful touch. But the rooms aren’t well maintained, and the service isn’t great either. The food was a bit oily. Also, during heavy rain, water started coming into the room, which shows they haven’t managed things properly for the monsoon season. Location - 10/10 Food - 6/10 Rooms - 5/10 Service - 5/10

Luxury at it's best. Excellent Wi-Fi. Extremely helpful staff, we had a last minute reservation and got an amazing deal on their private room with a private swimming pool. Adequate hot water and home like environment. Great breakfast. Because it was pouring during our visit, we didn't want to step out of our rooms. Everything we needed both from the resort or bought from outside was made available at our doorstep. Extremely hospitable and courteous staff members. Everything was taken care of very professionally.

The resort service was excellent and the rooms were extremely clean and well-maintained. And a big thumbs up for the food – absolutely delicious! Every meal was fresh, tasty, and served with care.
