OCEAN CREST VILLA MAHABALESHWAR

Our recent stay at this place was turned out to be a nightmare. My husband's phone was stolen during the visit, and we have strong reasons to believe that the staff members/ caretakers were involved. What's even more disappointing is the lack of support and accountability from the management. Despite our complaint, they seemed unconcerned and expected us to handle the entire situation, including filing a police report and dealing with the loss of valuable belongings. The villa itself may have its charms, but the unprofessional and potentially dishonest staff has left a sour taste. We would advise potential guests to exercise caution and consider other options. In fact, our experience suggests that the staff's behavior is unacceptable and potentially criminal. We can't stress enough to avoid this place. Our overall experience at this villa was marred by theft and poor management. The staff's involvement in the theft of my husband's phone is unacceptable. Their lack of accountability and support is appalling. We strongly advise potential guests to avoid this villa due to the staff's questionable integrity. & after reaching home when I tried to contact the management to report my concerns & to know about my phone whether they found it or not , I was blocked by them. The experience with the villa was amazing it is located next to Maputo garden with a beautiful scenic view a pool and spacious rooms. The property has 5 bathrooms attached toilets. And the kitchen is okay too. The caretakers were a bit slow and didn’t clean the property well but the operator lady was very helpful and was highly available for anything and everything literally. Was overall a very great experience ❤️

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend We had one of the worst experiences at this so-called villa cum 4 BHK triplex house. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable – the place was dusty, unhygienic, and clearly not maintained. The swimming pool was dirty and unusable, which was a major letdown considering it was one of the main attractions mentioned. To make matters worse, the staff was highly unprofessional and completely unresponsive to basic requests. Their attitude showed a clear lack of hospitality and courtesy. We didn’t even stay in the villa for an hour due to the poor condition and service. After raising a strong concern and only when we mentioned police involvement, they agreed to process the refund. It's unfortunate that a peaceful getaway turned into a stressful situation. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and enjoyable stay. There are far better options out there—avoid this place unless you want a terrible experience.

Wish I Could Give Zero Stars I rarely write reviews, but this stay was so bad, I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the photos were misleading and heavily edited. The "luxury villa" turned out to be a poorly maintained property with outdated furniture, stained linens, and a general air of neglect. The air conditioning barely worked (in the middle of a heatwave), the pool was murky and clearly hadn't been cleaned in days, and the "fully equipped kitchen" had two mismatched plates, no cutting board, and a broken microwave. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, which made working remotely impossible. Cleanliness was another major issue. There was dust everywhere, a strange smell in one of the bedrooms, and we even spotted a cockroach in the bathroom. Management was completely unhelpful—slow to respond and unapologetic. Overall, this place was a massive disappointment and nowhere near worth the price. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being hot, frustrated, and bitten by bugs in your sleep.

Recently we stayed at This villa which was good. location is at nice place has nice view. Positive points - And market is also nearby on 5-10 min distance. This villa has 4 bedroom's. Neat and clean Caretaker are very co operative and the food they provide is good and on time. 4 star for caretakers. There is wifi connection Negative points - Lack of owner involvement. Pool was not maintained. Not enough matress for extra person. No speaker available. There is no gas available. Drinking water is not available better to carry own water.

Bad experience. We were on a family trip hoping to have some good time but this turned into a nigjtmare real quick. We stayed from 2 to 4 august. Writing this when checking out. No service, no change of towels and sheets, smelly sticky utensils, dead rats in the swimming pool, dead and alive protien rich insects and cockroaches in the refrigirator(pun intended in refrigirator part). DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE COCKROACHES.

Its nice view and ambience. This usbmu second time with oceancrest villa mahabaleshvar. Bungalow is nice and situated in a peacefull ane mind relaxing area. My family and i had an amazing experience at oceancrest villa mahabaleshwar.

There is no ac in the living room......and they booked us in gold crest villa saying that it is same as ocean crest crest villa ...but it wasn't...there was no king size room.... The pool was the worst part as it had dead frogs and a lot of bugs 🤢🤢
