Very nice & peace location. Good service by staff. Nice and good quality breakfast. We stayed 3 night with our group of 4 family and enjoyed a lot. Thanks to Saga Resort Team for well served.

# noteworthy to stay here ... away from main market. Many other options at lower cost #poor service of staff multiple reminder required for food and other arrangements # poor hospitality..single room partitioned in two rooms.. waste of money # hot water not available..

A very nice resort between Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani. The view from executive rooms is scenic. The food is tasty although pricey. The service of the staff is exemplary. They were kind enough to allow early check in as well .

Booked it from MMT. The location was really good. 2 km from Mapro and close to Old Mahabaleshwar as well. I booked the Super Deluxe room. The room size, smell and cleanliness was good. The size of the room was as promised with a good hill view from the balcony (which was spacious). Hot water was readily available, although I was here on a weekday in a non-peak season, so not sure about peak season and weekends. The toilet flush was not working properly. The staff's behaviour was very good. Polite and understanding manager and staff. Breakfast served was of good quality and the food was tasty as well. The pool table was of decent quality. What could have been better was a better flush, a mirror in the washroom, non-broken washroom window pane.

It was very comfortable stay at Saga resort. The staff were very polite and helpful. Food was amazing . It was perfect. I stayed here for 2 days.. highly recommended to everyone.

A good resort find some serenity and be away from the city's traffic. It is close to most of the places and famous points in Panchgani. Price friendly as well.

I had a terrible experience with food at this place. The rooms need cleaning and mattress needs to be replaced.The room lacks basic things like kettle, soap, shampoo. No one answers at the restaurant number..as they are busy playing online games. Even when the food was ordered it took few minutes to chef to get into the kitchen as completing his game was more important. NOT RE COMMENDABLE AT ALL.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The location is fine, situated exactly between Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani, 8 kilometers from both. The room was nice, and I opted for one with a balcony. The bathroom was also nice, but the basin bowl had cracks. The bathroom could have been better, but it was still very good. The most disappointing thing was the food. On the first day, we ordered Chinese food. While the soup was good, the fried rice had so much vinegar and soy sauce that it smelled rancid. We couldn't finish the food and had to leave half of the rice as we felt nauseous. It also seemed that the Manchurian balls were pre-made and kept aside, only to be tossed in the gravy before serving. The breakfast, however, was good. I had puri bhaji, and even the Indian dishes were fine. We had paneer kolhapuri, which was fine but too oily. Overall, the location and room were good, but the food quality could definitely be improved
