The place is facing the beach and the atmosphere is calm and soothing, the food is also home cooked and tasty , we can't eat food in the room . As it's a family owned resort , don't expect food service in late hours .

We were there for 2 nights . Resort is located just along the sea face .It's like a private beach. Food was delicious (specially Ghavan and Prawns ) and service was prompt.Owner Mr Patil is very helpful who makes our trip memorable .Plus point is its location . Will Definitely visit again ..

Rooms: I booked three rooms on 29,30 December 2022. They have 2 buildings and total 6 rooms. Rooms are neat and feels fresh. Bathrooms are clean. Hot water is available all the time. Service: Service is very good. Hotel staff is polite. Food: Tea, Coffee is available. In Food, all sea food like surmai, prawns, Paplet are available. Pure veg thali is served delicious. Sea food was very delicious. Solkadhi served was the most authentic one. We had so much solkadhi 😀 Breakfast have options like Pohe, Upit, Shira, Ghavan etc. Parking: Parking is available. Location: Location is nice, property is located at beach only. Improvements are shared with owner and he took it sportingly.

Mashaallah is the word for scenery. It is like, step out of room, and u r on the beach. Very nice view. Nice service. The owner is polite. Only remember to communicate with him on arrival day (as he forgets things, as he attends multiple calls 🙂)

Thanks to my friend who suggested me this place. Stay is excellent, you have beach upfront and continous breeze just makes you stay here forever. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Care takers will ensure that you are getting everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Mr Patil who owns this place is kind and helping person. He helped me in exploring some nearby places and ensured my pleasent stay. Now comes the food, I had an amazing sea food experience here plus they had wide options in fishes, breakfast options too. I am uplaoding some of best pics that i took while my stay here.

Great experience we had here for vacations in ladghar- tondawali beach. Resort is Situated close to beach, having best scenic view. Resort having 6 rooms with air conditioning. Rooms- Good and very spaceus and clean. Food- best food experience, quality of is good specially authentic kokani fish thali. Breakfast- is need a Bit of improvement. In a room some amenities is missing like Tv ,table,cloths compartment. Needs improvement in room service also, Besides that a memorable experience here. Recommend for family vacation. If you need a calm and peaceful break Must visit. Poket friendly.₹

I had very bad experience here. I regret booking this resort. It started from the entering the room. We asked to wait for hour as room was not cleaned and while room cleaning we found bedsheets were not changed, we had to ask owner to change bedsheets. Vasudev Patil (Nana) is not good person, he is talking with RUDE Language and he don’t care about it. He is very egoistic person. Not suitable for family tour at this resort. We had 2days booking and we had to leave this resort before booking days. We are all very unhappy and not satisfied from this beach resort. Keep away from his resort.
