Amazing Stay and Friendly Staff! I recently stayed at Kokan Kinara Home Stay for a Malvan Trip with friends, and it was an amazing experience. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and affordable, with a view of the beach. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, even helping us with recommendations for local attractions. I highly recommend Kokan Kinara Home Stay for anyone visiting Malvan and looking for a hassle-free stay. We’ll definitely return on our next trip!

Clean rooms , good toilet bathroom , beach is just behind. Good front garden yard with swings and parking place and good budget stay apart from other homestay nearby.. Location is also good , perfect family friendly homestay to stay. In non season they can also provide breakfast and lunch/dinner on prior request.

A beautiful place just two minutes walking distance from the beach which has all the watersports activities. Wonderful owners who treat you as part of the family. Must try their breakfast items. Definitely recommend for everyone.

This homestay is right across the beach, so it's very easy to access. The rooms are super clean and spacious. While the mosquitoes cause problem in whole of malvan, the homestay's owners provide incense sticks and coils which keep you safe. You get hot & healthy breakfast in the home stay made by mavshi which is extremely tasty. The best part is the caring home stay owners who are extremely accommodating and helpful. They will guide you in your malvan trip, they will accommodate all your demands. They have maintained the place really well.

The place was homely hygenic and thoughtfully prepared. The location was scenic and very close to the beach. The vicinity was clean as well. Considerate owner and pretty cats are a bonus. We were sceptical of the place initially as it was our first time visiting Konkan but it turned out quite credible. Would definitely recommend.

The very first thing I noticed when I reached were the netted hammocks at the backyard and the ambience, it was so peaceful. The owners were an absolutely lovely couple. The stay here for 3 nights were totally worth it.
