This place is luxurious among all the nearby places to stay. I had a wonderful time enjoying the view of the ascot. You and your family can have blended fun, relaxing and eating time. I would suggest visiting this place if you choose Matheran. It might sound over rated but highly recommended!!

I recently stayed at Usha Ascot in Matheran with mixed feelings. The stay itself was quite pleasant; the cozy bedrooms provided a comfortable retreat, and the washrooms were clean and well-maintained. The rainy weather outside only added to the snug atmosphere of the place. However, the food experience was lacking. The variety and quality of the meals did not meet expectations, so we decided to explore dining options outside the hotel. While this was a bit inconvenient, the overall experience at the hotel was still enjoyable due to its cozy accommodations and good service. If you're planning to stay here, consider dining elsewhere to enhance your visit.

During my stay at Usha Ascot Hotel, I experienced a mix of positives and negatives. The hospitality staff were not friendly and inattentive, The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. However, I encountered some issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity and noise from nearby rooms, which detracted from my overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel’s central location and pleasant ambiance made for an enjoyable stay.

Overall experience was negative and not worthy at the tariff charged. Room & entire property need cleanliness. This is pure veg hotel with only food of hotel choice and no ala-carte option available for lunch & dinner. However they provide snacks on request. Dinner & Breakfast were told buffet but no buffet setup, the staff served to our table with very limited choice in breakfast and for dinner they have fixed limited menu a kind of thali. Due to rain & location of hotel is little far from market we couldn't go out for dinner but thanks to live music which created good vibes.

Nice spacious and clean rooms. Very polite and friendly team, worth every rupee. Please note that they don't have an in-house restaurant, only snacks are available.

Nice place, one of best 3 star hotel in matheran, food quality was awesome. Room rate are costly 9k per couples and 3k per person for group booking on weekends. DJ, Spa, swimming pool available, Indoor games are available but not maintain properly. All over good experience

Stayed at Usha Ascot for couple of days. This is undoubtedly one of the best choice in Matheran. The food was awesome, rooms are recently renovated and the overall ambience is pleasant. The staff is well mannered. Highly recommended.

Good resort in Matheran Very peacefull And a must appreciation for Mr.Guddu who sings at Restaurant such a great voice such a beautiful artist. A large pool great for swimming depth is about 6 ft for max Food was fine firstly tried gujrati thali all items very tasty. Also you must be very carefull from monkeys everytime not just at the hotel but everywhere If you keep you belongings unattended then its gone.
