NillThe place is good; big rooms, hot water, nice surroundings, nice clean pool. It is exactly what they show in the pics, except the game room (which was completely dusty and unusable). If you are going to stay here, you may want to consider taking a package with lunch and dinner included (coz otherwise you will have to order Ala Cart and they have very limited options). We had taken a package with breakfast only and had other meals outside (personal I think that was a better choice- taste wise and economically)

Nill(+) A decent no frills budget hotel. (+) Okayish breakfast provided as part of the room package, but around ₹800 more may not justify just one more meal being included. (+) Located about 5 minutes from the market. (-) The room which was allotted had a little messy bathroom with a used / leftover soap. (-) Wi-Fi is unreliable and will be an issue if you use Jio.

NillHas a swimming pool, fairly clean and maintained. Room and amenities were fine. The telephone was faulty, which they replaced. Service was good. Other hotels which were saw were more pricey and were less maintained. Thus for the price and location. It's a great find. It's nearer to all the trekking points. They have an in house restaurant. Luke the manager was a gentleman.

Nillproperty location is little bit far from main market but it's good choice if want to spend time nature. we had booking with included breakfast so I can say food option was amazing and good in test. it may found Lil bit expensive if it's not included. we stayed in super deluxe room and that was quite good in size, hygiene and all rest services. it's recommended stay.

NillI recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. Here are the key issues I encountered: 1. **Reception Staff**: The receptionist was the strangest and most arrogant person I've ever met. He exhibited a lot of attitude, which made the check-in process uncomfortable. 2. **Electricity Issues**: The hotel lacks a backup power system. During a power outage, there's no electricity at all, as they have no provisions for backup. This was a significant inconvenience. 3. **Communication Problems**: The landline phones in the rooms to contact reception were not working. Guests are expected to call a provided mobile number, regardless of whether they have network coverage. The staff seemed indifferent to this issue. 4. **Limited Food Options**: If you don't opt for a full meal plan, your only choice is a buffet costing Rs. 650, which includes a basic menu. If you want anything beyond that, you're out of luck, as they won't accommodate any special requests, either opt for the buffet, so you to leave the hotel premises and dine at another restaurant. 5. **Room Condition**: While the room was generally good, it seemed like they don't get many bookings. Upon checking in, I found spiders and insects in my Super Deluxe room. The bedsheets weren't properly cleaned, and there was even some fungus-like substance on them. 6. **Toiletries**: The toiletry kit only included soap and shampoo. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste provided. For a hotel claiming to have a 3-star rating, they need to significantly improve their facilities and services to meet such a standard.

NillLocation is Good, Rooms are decent without any service. Intercom is not working. You have to go to reception for every single problem. AC and TV are only for Showpiece. Not working at all. If you complain about it then reason is Rain. Due to rain our appliances are not working in every room at same time. Very unbelievable reason. Service is worst. If 0 star available here then I definitely give it. If you order food then they said our cook is not available at afternoon 2:30 PM. Even food ordering is not available any time. Menu card available in rooms is for what? Don’t know. Only visit this hotel if you want to enjoy at their terms not yours.

NillAbsolutely Horrible! - Frequent electricity issues, especially at night. - Toiletries were not provided well, and there was no handwash. - The television was useless, and the Wi-Fi was off for most of the day. - Check-in was 1.5 hours late. My check-in was at 12, but the cleaning hadn't even started when I arrived. We were made to wait in the waiting area. - No hot water until I had to complain. - Too much noise from guests arguing at the reception, which shows how awful this is for everyone, unfortunately. - The pool was unhygienic; it doesn't look like it's cleaned regularly except with chlorine. - Stray dogs roam inside the property. The service they provide should cost ₹1500 maximum. This is just not worth the price you pay for so-called brand value.
