Sarah khatija resort

This is one of the worst stays in Matheran. Had a very bad experience with the stay. They did not provide the food on time. The rooms, washrooms were not clean. No towels/pillows/blankets given. When we asked for the required things, they just disappear after saying yes. They will not entertain you after receiving the money. They don’t have a pool but have listed their resort as “with pool”. When asked, they told us to access the pool of a nearby resort which was 150 meters away, which basically is inaccessible. No WiFi. No proper service. Location is 20 min away from the Matheran station. Please do not book this hotel. You can have a lot of better options with lesser price than this.
