What impressed me most was how thoughtfully the resort catered to children. There were spacious play areas where kids could run around freely, as well as kid-friendly activities organized by the staff to keep them engaged and entertained. The pond was a favorite spot—not just for its scenic beauty but also for the small, safe spaces where kids could enjoy nature.

Extremely rude staff and misleading information about pool maintenance. The staff was very unprofessional while coordinating food and other services. Despite informing her that I was at work, I was repeatedly called during office hours. When I explained this, she responded, "Ma’am, I need to go home too, so tell me now if you're available." Initially, the same staff member confirmed they could accommodate 30 people. However, in a later call, she said only 26 could be accommodated and I would need to pay extra for any additional guests. When I pointed out that she hadn't mentioned this limit before, she responded by claiming, “Ma’am, I said it, but you must have misheard,” even though I have a recording of the conversation. They never informed us about pool maintenance, and when we arrived, the pool was unavailable for use during our entire stay. Despite this, they charged us the full rate. The staff member I dealt with was rude and impatient. During a frustrating interaction, she escalated the situation by saying, “Ma’am, I can also shout. Give the phone to your husband; I’ll speak with him from now on.”

Your unwavering support, warm hospitality, and tireless efforts day and night ensured that every moment of our stay was comfortable and memorable. Exotic location, breathtaking view of valley and lake, with scenic surrounding nature, Jalanta is perfect weekend destination for groups and families. The amusement park nearby, food and ambiance adds a big plus .
