Indradhanush hill resort

A complete disappointment. The so-called "resort" is a far cry from anything remotely resembling a resort. The building itself is just that—a building, lacking any of the amenities or charm one would expect from a true resort experience. The customer service was appalling. The staff were not only arrogant but also downright confrontational when I made requests or expressed concerns. It was as if they took pleasure in dismissing any attempt at communication. The food was another low point—pathetic doesn’t even begin to cover it. Frequent power cuts added to the misery, leaving us in the dark and without any explanation or remedy from the staff. To make matters worse, there is no elevator, which made navigating the building a hassle, especially with luggage. The location is dreadful. The road leading to the resort is in horrendous condition! So, this place does not live up to the term "resort" in any sense. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay or a relaxing getaway. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else. Edit: They have the audacity to respond on the comments and call them "fake" pls beware of their slyness! I never cancelled.

Like you only, I also visited the review section before visiting, and reading the review which has given one star, and was not thinking to visit this at first place, but things have gone differently and we plan to visit as other resort offering the same package at high price, and day we visited the experience was totally different from what was given on Google review, the location, food, hospitality, and Ajay, caretaker of the property, everything was too good, Everything which was promised by the manger in the package was fulfilled. We even asked them why the Google rating by a few customers has given 1 Star, they explained that it was a misunderstanding from the customer side and so they suffered, although I do know the back story, still the place was good, it was relaxing, our group enjoyed...

Our stay at this resort was disappointing. The management is unprofessional, and the services are subpar. The access to the resort is improper, and the top floors are infested with monkeys, which was unsettling. Additionally, the caretaking family is very argumentative. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

Everything is good Just need to take care of monkeys potty. They need to add railing to passage area so that monkeys don't come inside. Rest food and everything is value for money

PATHETIC is an understatement! Now they will comment and call the my review fake. Please save yourself the horror. Looking for a getaway? Well, the best one would be to GET AWAY from there AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!!
