A forgetful experience ! Better to avoid..there are 2 resorts just besides which are much better Property is not at all maintained..with very limited staff..though they are courteous, but due to limited resources they can't so much Rooms are ok.. And there is very poor backyard through farm that leads to beach.. Better to avoid this .. It's wrongly called a resort. It should be a homestay Update to owners comment : We recently visited last week along with a large group.. The backyard problem is not solved as you are claiming.. The so called swimming pool too was dirty.. The 2 resorts besides your property were in much better shape.. Hope you take this feedback constructively and improve henceforth..

The beachside resort offered a serene atmosphere with easy beach access. The pool was inviting, but the food fell short of expectations. Overall, a decent stay with room for culinary improvement.

This beach side resort is one of The Best resorts on a very short distance from the hustle bustle of Dapoli. Rooms are really spacious and are maintained with cleanliness and hygiene. Service in the room is limited (on-demand and that too mostly for food) but the overall service is very helpful and good. You get an ample amount of parking place even if for your larger size SUVs as well. Access to the beach is just a minute away behind the Resort. Having a nice maintained swimming pool is the biggest advantage to enjoying swimming anytime during your stay. Food quantity and quality both are the biggest plus points to revisit. Authentic konkani cousins are the speciality of the family cook. Having the home cooked, sweet, rice flour steamed "Modak" is a must have. So if I want to recommend this resort I will say it's The Best one to visit and stay.

Not a good experience 1. High rates even in off time. 2. They provide different room than what they have shown to us while booking. 3. This is not a beach facing rosort beach is far away and way to beach is not safe and clean. 4. Bad food quality.

Food was very nice.Nice well maintained sweeming pool Very much close to sea shore.Rooms were clean but conjusted.No A.C.

Overall the resort is great, location is near by beach side , rooms and other services are really good. Food is amazing as well

Very Nice place for enjoy vacation with Family, neat and clean rooms & surrounded, I am randomly visiting same place. Supportive & attentaive staff Rakesh & Pravin. Owner Mr. Kolhatakar Sir also very supportive. Just want to share some little bit concern / experience regarding Food quality & cooking person. Otherwise Too much enjoyable Location.
