Amaranth Resort

This was my 2nd visit to resort after first one 2022. Rooms need lot of maintenance, window curtains were in very bad condition, there were lot of ants and mosquitos. Gyser in one of my friends room was not working. Otherwise resort campus is better maintained with variety of plants and their nameplates. It has direct access to the beach which feels like a pvt beach .. Lacked in breakfast service as the people were more and team handling the kitchen and buffet breakfast were chaotic.

-Management staff who are at reception will make sure that you feel guilty that you booked a stay for family. -Very rude. ,😡 -They don't know what is hospitality. - False promises they make about breakfast. (Falatu breakfast, no variety) - They don't know what is hospitality and resort manners. They are just behind you right from morning for checkout. - They prepare worst food by unprofessional shafe who don't know what to mix and in what proportion. - No parking they have space for 4 car parks they will say there is ample space for parking but its not true. They ask you to park roadside at your risk. - Big no for families/couples/groups Don't ruin you holidays by staying here. - Reception male and female laungage proficiency is just like roadromio language. ❌❌❌❌❌❌

It's located next to beach and 13 kms away from Dapoli. Rooms are made from steel containers and one room is good for two adults. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is fine. There is no room service and Food is served at the restaurant which is two minutes walk. Limited spread in breakfast/lunch/dinner but is delicious. To be informed in advance to avoid starving. Staff is very helpful.|Advised to carry mosquito sprays and wear full sleeve light clothes to avoid bites. Beach is not clean and has lot of silt/muck but enjoyable. There are no shacks on the beach. Overall good relaxing stay away from city.

A big NO fr stay n won't recommend even if it is the last place to stay fr a holiday. Female at the reception is the most arrogant person. They literally asked us to leave after an hour of check-in. We just questioned them y the service is not according to the promises they made instead the Female was very aggressive and abusive in return. Pls avoid choosing this place fr a holiday stay, they make ur holiday a torcher holiday 🙏

Big No as No Ample space for Parking No food Quality No Room Service No Hospitality No TV working Very Rude language by Staff No Sea View as they say but it's 200mtr away.

The resort is well-maintained and the rooms are neat and tidy. The experience we had at Amaranth was amazing. The owner as well as the staff are very cooperative. I also like the food over here. For breakfast, I would suggest adding Kokan's famous dishes, such as ghavne and ukdiche modak as upma and poha are very common dishes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff gave us amazing service. The food was delicious. The Cottage was clean and the areas were clean too. Best place to stay if u wanna enjoy your stay without stress

Pro's: Neat & Clean Rooms, Beautiful Garden. Con's: (1) No room service available. (2) Food is below average. (3) Restaurant is non functional, its more like a mess. When we reached hotel at 4 PM, forget welcome drink, when we asked for tea, we were told that restaurant will reopen at 5 PM and we have to go to restaurant to have it. For dinner u hv to order by 8 PM max and then "they" will tell u by what time food will be ready, lol generally 1 to 1.5 hours. And restaurant will close by 10 PM. U can not order ala carte, everything has to be ordered well in advance, and that too below average food. Even things like dal tadka and potato flower were not upto the mark. We also did not like the tea. If u want to have sabudana khichdi in breakfast, it has to be ordered previous night. All buffet items in breakfast were average or below average, and not even hot. Breakfast starts at 8 AM and before that you will not even get tea/coffee. And if cook comes late nothing till 8.30 AM. At 10 AM they will close everything and nothing will be available after that to eat. (4) they do not send even water to our rooms. (5) even the cottages are not sea facing. (6) staff is rude and not friendy. (7) tea/coffee at breakfast time is available in very small disposable cups like the cutting tea at roadside tapri. If u do not expect good food or room service or any kind of service, come here else try something else
