The bed sheets were dirty, and the towels provided were worn out and unappealing. These basic amenities are essential for any accommodation, and it's unacceptable that they were not properly maintained. We stayed here for one night, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The *fridge wasn’t working, so our ice cream melted by morning. The **window/sliding door lock was broken, which didn’t feel very secure. The **TV didn’t work, the **telephone was useless, and to top it off, the **blanket had holes*—not what you'd expect for the price. At *₹6000 per night*, this place is way overpriced. There are much better options nearby for the same or even lower cost. Wouldn’t recommend unless they seriously improve the facilities.

The washrooms had a strong unpleasant smell, and the rooms were just average. The place offers no value for money, with charges of ₹5,000-7,000 per room resembling 5-star rates, but the cleanliness and room quality are comparable to a ₹1,200 accommodation. There are no sightseeing options, though the service was decent. Moreover, the lack of proper door locks is a significant concern. Rukhmani was kind and provided excellent service. She was the only staff member who was approachable and attentive to our needs. Thank you, Rukhmaniji!

Overall this property needs a serious maintenance, only one aunty is there she will tc of all your needs she is sweet. The property is beautiful but need maintenance such as leakage in AC, bathroom tap and showers r broken, smelly washroom, selan and broken paint in room walls and so many things. Please maintain this property and then sold it at the same price…. Food is ok location is ok

Perfect for what you looking for! It’s a Must visit place with good infra and ambience. Very clean and neat rooms. Real quick room service and the staff was very responsive. All the room service staff is very kind and generous Variety of food and The food tests really awesome. Perfect spot for family time and relaxation. Must visit once.👍👍

The hotel as shown in photos and in reality were much different. It was more of a homestay instead of a hotel. The facility was not as clean as was expected and service was lacking. AC was functioning but unresponsive to remote (which was missing from the rooms). My husband had to climb table to switch AC on and off. No choice of food for breakfast, though the taste was ok.

Amazing experience visiting this place with my love I hate it was a short trip I could possibly make. A memory that I and him both can't forget 💝. The ambience, the surrounding, these people and staff everything was just perfect. Would like to visit again and hope it happens again sooner in coming years.
