The back room balcony is infested with insects and poorly maintained. The plastic chairs are dirty, and there's no protection against insects. The intercom is not working, and the swimming pool is full of insects. The staff, while straightforward, clearly differentiate between package and à la carte services. Additional charges apply for each item, and even with extra payment, food availability is limited. For a group of five, you'll only receive three room towels and dental kits, and you'll need to request additional items. Extra charges are applied for room service and other services. Overall, my experience was disappointing. For the same price, better service could be provided.

Very nice place to stay with family. Staff was very polite and cooperative. They have an in house cook whose food is very good. Swimming pool is well maintained. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend this place as it's very near to nagaon beach

Rooms and swimming pool is good and well maintained. Location is bit away from main road but nearby homes environment. Beach is approx 500 meters with narrow road. Staff is really helpful and immediate action in emergency.

Very bad experience in booking itself. Non cooperative staff. While booking this resort their staff was very rude not cooperating at all. Don't have even manners how to talk with customer who are calling for enquiry, booking. Your team should have basic etiquette to handle your customers. If possible then will give - rating . Very bad

Nice Resort…. Swimming Pool and Rooms are good… each room having balcony with nature view Quite away from Main road, In night there is no lights on that road (very low light) Beach is on 10 mins walking distance from resort Overall service is good… nice and cooperative staff Food is also good and tasty, But it is limited weather u take package or not… Overall service is good 3.5/5
