Very well maintained property. One of the few with considerably large sized swimming pool. Pool was clean. We had pool view room with a private balcony. Room was large with Beds for 4. Power backup option available.

Over hyped place . I booked it for couple room and was provided very small room [room no. 106] Swimming pool was very small for so many people .light and swing was here for night photography . But i think room qas overcharged and overhyped . There were many place nearby qith bwtter facility and less price .

Room service is not available.that was so irriatating....limited food available....in food we dnt have option except Thali...for small size swimming pool some rules was there which was unnecessary...... owner Aunty was quite strict type....food was good ..

Amazing and peaceful place for stay in Alibaug near nagaon beach. Rooms were clean and spacious. Swimming pool was also clean . spacious parking available. Food is very delicious. Indoor games are also available. Both veg and nonveg food is available.I really loved the kakis special ghavan and chutney.

Firstly Thanks to Kaki Kaka for Raanwaara Cottage. Rooms are Neat, Clean and spacious. They have their own kitchen so u will get homemade food. They serves veg and non veg both options. U need to tell them before lunch and dinner that what u want eat. You will get different Thali option in both veg and non veg. In breakfast u can have pohe, Upama and Ghavan Chutney. Ghavan chutney Must Try. after 8 AM u can enjoy swimming pool. spacious Parking available. Must stay here when u visit near nagaon.
