Thank you so much for such a wonderful service and nice gestures towards customer. Really happy to see how they deal with their customers and even hotel staff is very cooperative. I enjoy my stay here and would like to visit once again in near future.Room are spacious so we decided to stay here as we were family of 9. There is also a pool available where the DJ is played at night. As the resort is near the beach, 5 minutes walking distance from beach. Food was good on special request owner herself prepared the food ( jain food).she was always available to provide anything or everything you need

Disastrous Experience at Mango Beach Cottage My recent stay at Mango Beach Cottage was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this establishment lacked even the most basic standards of hospitality. First and foremost, the service was abysmal. Staff members were not only unhelpful but also displayed an alarming level of arrogance. It seemed as though any request made was an inconvenience to them, and their lack of professionalism was evident in every interaction. Hygiene was non-existent throughout the resort. The rooms were in a deplorable state, with dirty bedsheets and blankets greeting guests upon arrival. The washrooms were even worse, with filth and grime covering every surface. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority for the management. The swimming pool, touted as a feature of the resort, was a disappointment. It was incredibly small, barely accommodating more than a handful of guests at a time. Moreover, the water appeared murky and unclean, making it unappealing to even consider taking a dip. Food options were severely limited, with a lackluster menu that left much to be desired. What little was available was of poor quality and certainly not worth the exorbitant prices charged by the resort. Tea and coffee served in dirty and lipstick marked cups. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude towards addressing complaints was dismissive and unapologetic. It was as though they were accustomed to receiving negative feedback and had no intention of rectifying the numerous issues plaguing the establishment. In conclusion, my experience at Mango Beach Cottage was disappointing. From the appalling lack of hygiene to the dismal service and facilities, there is nothing redeeming to be said about this resort. I would strongly advise against anyone considering a stay here unless they enjoy subjecting themselves to subpar accommodations and disrespect from the staff. Does not even deserve for 1 star

The resort was not maintained well, from rooms to the swimming pool, it looked very unclean. There was dust everywhere, the washrooms weren’t proper, along with the AC service too. We could not get the basic necessities right. The crowd was not good and we felt very uncomfortable. Considering the high cost of my stay, I expected a much higher level of quality and service. Unfortunately, the experience did not justify the price paid. Overall, it was a bad experience. Won’t recommend at all.

It's really a good place to visit. The service provided here is excellent. The staff is very cooperative and the food is also very tasty. Mango Beach Cottage is very nice because it has a good service for food . I like so much because there are so many games in this cottage...DJ night... Swimming pool with live music was great experience ....good for group of friends and also family ....you also visit Mango beach cottage

We visited recently. This place is not for family. Group of 35 people visited, all men came and which was inconvenient for family. This place is for corporate event but not family. Pool table is not maintained, TT table is not maintained. We found everywhere beer bottles on terrace as well as on carom board. Not well maintained. Food was good, Staff was supportive but they have lot of scope to improve this property. Resort is not for family function. How family will be comfortable if all men are drinking and occupied entire resort.

Very good stay in mango beach cottage rooms were clean and comfortable to relax view is beautiful . The staff is to cooperative and service is also excellent. Staff treat us like family. Food taste is delicious you should come to try food in mango beach cottage. I would recommended you to visit this beautiful cottage with your friends and family.

Don't go for the fake reviews... This is not a place to visit for a family, friends, group or any human... Not sure how they survived with this kinda pathetic service, food, pool, rooms etc... almost everything was disappointing. Rooms had lizards, honey bees, bats and maybe even dinosaurs (didn't see the latter though). Every staff member behaved like they were the owners, maybe they were... We are instructed not to eat this before that and only this much... The biggest Sham was non-veg eaters will not get anything veg that could be even the papad, sol kadi, dal you name it.. The pool was just a little bigger than a Jacuzzi and there 25 people already in it try not to touch each other's body... The pictures they uploaded or shared with us were all fake... I've been visiting resorts every 2 months, but this was the worst of all .. Avoid this place, even if this is offered for free....

Last week we booked Mango resort for office picnic. This is the worst resort I had visited in my life one liable even one star. Dirty rooms, Dirty bathrooms, Worst food I ever had, Swimming pool is so small it’s just for two people. We order some chicken starter let me tell it’s worst taste and expensive and low quantity. We have paid Rs.2000 per person but it’s not deserving for Rs.500/-. Don’t waste your valuable money by selecting this resort.
