Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Absolutely the worst experience in what is probably one of the best locations to stay in the city. What they don't tell you at the time of booking is that the entire property is undergoing major renovation work. There are clouds of dust billowing everywhere plus the noise from all the hammering and drilling and cutting is unbearable till 7 in the evening. While our rooms were ready, it seems that no one bothered to check whether everything was working. Right from not having any cups in the room for the electric kettle (which housekeeping didn't bother to bring even after we asked), to a lack of wi-fi (the staff found out that it wasn't working only after we told them, but then expressed their helplessness to do anything) the experience was anything but good. The best part was that we were told to call reception if we needed anything only to discover that the phone doesn't work! In our friend's room, the flush and hand shower were connected to the geyser and this could have resulted in a severe accident. The best part was how nonchalant the staff were - they just noted down our complaints and didn't seem put out in the least. The only positive thing was the breakfast which was limited in terms of menu but good. ||We could have lived with the dust and noise but the lackadaisical attitude of the staff ensured that we will stay away from this property and never recommend it in future. It also seemed very shady that they charged full rates and are still accepting bookings despite knowing that the property is anything but ready to receive guests. Stay away for the next six months at least, and then take your chances if you fancy the fantastic location.

Very good management and staff liked it very much every facility is available there rooms are delux with good teriff also food is awsome. Breakfast buffet is too tasty and exept that continental food also tasty must opt this place. |Dealing of manager is also nice |.

Very well located transit hotel. Rooms are alright. Service is lacking in many respects. The complementary breakfast was, again, alright. They have Masalchi restaurant in their compound which is leased out to a third party. The food and service there is pretty good.

Freshly renovated , fully furnished rooms |Awesome ambience .....co-operative staff |House keeping is just one call away ...morning breakfast too was superb ..chef ,kitchen staff and manager all are soft spoken and understanding |Fully satisfied with stay ..

The place is under renovation right now ! So it’s not worth paying the original price! They are under staffed right now . Geyser didn’t work TV had nothing to show AC have fungal/bacterial growth over the panes A lot dusty The kitchen has only 1-2 chefs to cook and serve. So it becomes a delayed process of getting breakfast on time . There’s nothing on the name of amenity right now as everything is under repair Has only one lift

The hotel was good. The staff is also good. But no option for food. Renovation is going on, maybe after renovation all things get restored.
