The Ark Wellness Retreat

This is a nice place quite close to the city, but still a quiet location. Approach road is kachcha from main road to the resort but manageable and it's only about 500 meters. Garden cottages are decent sized and have all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Works out well for seniors as there are no ups and downs from rooms to dining area. The things that did not go right for us: 1. There was a shoot on the premises the whole day. If we were informed about this in advance we wouldn't have stayed at the resort. Our day was wasted with swimming pool not available and restrictions in moving around. Continuous sound of the 2 generators made sure there was no peace. Service was bad too since the staff had to cater to the hundreds of people involved in the shoot. The manager did offer us free lunch to compensate but it's not good enough when you spend so much money already for a 2 nights stay for 3 rooms 2. Main building was being painted from inside when we arrived. This meant restrictions in using the pool or freely moving around 3. Food preparation was good (except the last breakfast we had) but dishes were delivered arbitrarily without any thought 4. Early morning loud speakers from nearby villages made sure there were no quiet mornings. But I guess this is not the resort's problem 5. Last breakfast had burnt chilla and coffee with obvious smell of burnt milk. No apologies or offer to replace the food came from the chef or the manager

Food quality - Average|Biryani didn't had any taste. Breakfast was average||Lack of plates, spoons and utensils during breakfast. ||Ac cooling not happening. Had to followed up to get it cleaned and then worked||Wifi broken, didn't work for entire stay||Lot of electricity outages||During breakfast, can see they were majorly understaffed ||Manager was missing most of the time||Only positives - Ambience of common area, Reading room and game room

I was visiting Ark retreat 3rd time. This time it was family get together. Blessed with nature,customised tasty food for all age group, kids enjoyed swimming pool n canvas painting .Clean and tidy rooms, surrounded area also pure nature's touch.

Quiet place not far from Mulshi. All inclusive boarding. A lot of the food served is grown in the environs. Friendly staff. Peaceful! Can come with a big group, they have over 10 rooms. Tip- Mango season is a recommended time- they have alphonso mangoes on offer from their own orchards.

Visited this place for the second time. Everything about the place is good. Wifi and intercom weren't working the room because of some temporary issue. Food is good . The only issue was flies during the day in the didnig area. Some definite measures should be taken for this. Also the service is a bit slow in the dinig hall because of limited manpower I guess. Overall a good experience.

Best place to sit back and just relax. Friendly staff, good food. If you want to just relax and do nothing this would be the place.

This place is really nice for relaxing. Food is really very good. Please visit the nearest Sai Temple, it is an awesome location.
