KINARA THE BEACH RESORT

Rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures. Bathrooms need some work. Service from one of the boys was very good. But the night guy was rude and not so welcoming. Location is really amazing. Overall, the property is good but can be maintained to a much luxury resort.

I normally never post reviews but my god what a terrible place. The owner does not care about her guests at all. We placed an order for food at 8:30 - she told us it will take an hour since they have to make food for all the other customers first and that she’ll call us once it’s ready. She didn’t call us until 10, so we came to the restaurant to ask why it’s taking so long. She casually told us she hadn’t placed the order at all and that it would take another 15 minutes. Dinner took another half an hour to make after that. Terrible place, do not come here.

We booked spring field here and location is near Sapati area so you gotta have either Private auto (charging rs. 150) or Sharing auto (rs. 20) Located 8.5 km from palghar station and the place is good not that great since we came to haul for only a day which costed us 6,000/- rupees as a couple. Being vegetarian we had good food (breakfast, lunch and dinner). My only suggestion to the team is that keep vegetarian food on a seperate table and not along with the Non vegetarian food. The rooms were great, although little maintenance is needed in bath room area and TV is also needed for entertainment in the Spring Field Cottage. Quite a decent place and yes it has a pool so bring your kids along if you need to be in the fool during summer time. Staff was great, thank you each and every member for taking care of our needs and being helpful when needed the most - Kashmiri, Mayank, Jay and Mohit Personally I'd give 3 out of 5 stars.

Best in class resort, service, room, location is best, they are adding some playing activities for children, need little bit attention towards canteen facilities and swimming pool. Over all great ambience and like to visit again and again.

Not at all happy with ths place. 1. Rooms were ok with no TV and stinking wardrobes. 2. Food was below the average. 3. Pool water was green, unclean and over chlorinated. 4. Staff was lazy n less cooperative. 5. Over expensive. Not at all worthy. Will never recommend ths resort to anyone.
