Had a lovely time... The location and architecture of the room was the best. Cottages had a quaint feel but were spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and the owner although busy with Ganapati celebration at his home ensured we got everything we needed. Definitely visiting back there.

Liked the Large spacious Rooms. Lot of space for a large Family. For some it's a plus point to be very close to the Market and right on the Main road. Most shop's are within walking distance.

This is the very best place to stay.. located in the center of Panchgani and yet very peaceful. The moment you enter you feel energetic and very positive. Though we were in the resort during the peak season, we felt much refreshed and specious. The hospitality of the team is very kind and appreciated. Kudos to the team and keep up the good work👍🏻🎉

Citadel Resort is perhaps the best place to stay in Panchgani/ Mahableshwar. The property is from the British era and speaks volumes of the rich heritage and vibe of the era. Having said that, they have maintained it really well and added modern amenities as well. They have ample parking space, amazing play area and activities, the nature makes you forget your city life and want to move here. The owners and staff are very helpful. The food is mouth watering, especially the cafe menu… Can’t wait to go back again..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Citadel Resort in Panchgani and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The owner of the property Shruti and Aditya Gole were extremely friendly and welcoming, making our stay comfortable and memorable. The property is situated amidst beautiful surroundings and the view from the rooms is breathtaking. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. The location of the property is also very convenient, with the market being close by. One of the highlights of our stay was the food, which was simply amazing. We especially enjoyed the bonfire and barbecue, which added to the overall experience. It was great to see that the property is also pet-friendly, which is a rare find these days. The nearby points of interest like Sydney point, Table Land, and others made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend the Citadel Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Panchgani.
