Basilica Resort

I spent three days and two nights at the Besilica Resort, which provided me with a wonderful vacation. I was fortunate to have been given a villa by Mr. Matin Inamdar. The villa was beautiful, and the open terrace was a great experience. The Basilica Resort in Panchgani generally garners positive feedback, particularly for its amiable staff, impeccable cleanliness, and delectable cuisine, particularly at the Ustaadi restaurant. Nevertheless, certain guests have expressed concerns regarding cleanliness deficiencies in certain areas, a restricted breakfast selection, and the exorbitant cost of dining options.

We got spacious room, clean and neat with cozy ambience. Room service is very good and quick. Restaurant Ustaadi is nice and service is quick. Their buffet spread for breakfast is good and they serve freshly prepared food. They have good swimming pool and play area. Overall stay experience was wonderful. Good option for families for vacation.

It's just before the Sydney point and yes the location is good. Rooms- Rooms were compact & clean. But they were too small for my liking. Service- Service was ok ok, mainly the staff was local so unprofessional. There were no welcome drinks on arrival, as mentioned in their stay, that's not a deal breaker but these things give you a sign about the overall management. I am doing nit picking because I have been to other resorts with more affordable pricing than this. Cafe- Food was good, no doubt. The breakfast spread was not good, it was less and was ok at most. The swimming pool was clean, maintained and that's a good part. The gym is also there and it was also fully functional and quite big.

Good resort and easy to find. Good service. Co operative staff and the food....bit expensive but worth it. Good maintenance of the swimming pool. Rooms are ultimate. Overall 5 stars 🥳💫✌🏻

We had an amazing stay at Basilica Hotel and an unforgettable dining experience at the Ustaadi restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The staff at Ustaadi were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Mr Yusuf, the manager, who went above and beyond to help us with everything. His warmth and hospitality truly made our trip even more memorable. The hotel rooms were spotless—neat, clean, and well-maintained, with every detail taken care of. The pool area was another highlight—clean, peaceful, and managed by a very polite and professional staff. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Everything about our experience was top-notch. From the warm hospitality to the exceptional service and cleanliness, Basilica Hotel exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back again!

Outstanding experience at basilica! Excellent service for staff and for all the services! The play area, the pool , and the other amenities were upto the mark! Loved the food and Desserts at Ustaadii Special thanks to Mr Yusuf for his amazing hospitality and service throughout the trip !

Experience was good. Considering room price , I felt rooms are of smaller size. There is no view as such. It's by the side of highway so reaching here is very easy. Food they serve has awesome taste. Hotel should change the solution they use for mopping the floor , floor becomes sticky due to mopping. They should provide slipper/ Footwear for rooms. They have a small play room ( carrom, TT, snooker etc).

I and my friends had a great experience here at Basilica, there are lot of things that made our entire experience and stay memorable, especially the beauty of and around the property! We are really pleased by the service that was provided to us especially how attentive the staff was to us and other guests. Food, rooms, amenities and hospitality, overall everything was very pleasing. Bonus point: the manager let us get a sneak peek to the private bike collection even though we were guest!!😭😁
