We just visited 2 days back for our anniversary, location and View from the room is just awesome!!! We had taken best room that’s Tulip Suite..unfortunately rooms bathroom is not able to went out water spilled on floor and remains as it is…Morning Staff specifically in restaurant wasn’t friendly but after complain they improve a bit for next day. Location is definitely good but at this pricing u may get much better resorts with lot of activities for kiddos. So to conclude - If going for relaxation yes u can without kids(as nothing to do for kids other than pool) Restaurant staff is not harsh in behaviour which 4star or 5 star property shouldn’t have!!!

The USP of this resort has to the view from the rooms. It is absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful stay here for 3 days. The service was almost always prompt, the food is delicious. The breakfast spread was excellent and had enough varieties for everyone. A must stay place for the view, the room and the service!

We were there for 2 nights and 3 days from 13-15th Sep 2024. The location of the property is beautiful and overlooks the valley. Perhaps that is why the footfall is very high and due to non availability we had to book 2 separate bookings for 2 days- Superior valley view room nd Magnolia. Please note that superior valley view ( Anthurium) is cheaper in price and has way better view, is bigger in size both room and washroom and has complete privacy in the balcony. When I asked the hotel staff why Magnolia is higher priced ( even though room is much smaller, overlooks pool plus valley so zero privacy right into the full room, quality of furnishings is lesser than Anthurium) staff said that people prefer pool view along with valley therefore more price!! Also, in the menu card beware that the Mini meals are available only at certain timings. After sitting down for dinner and requesting for mini meal we were refused by the server. We escalated this to a white uniformed staff and he said let me get back. This was so rude that he didn’t have the courtesy to revert back even after we finished our soup that we ordered. So we diced it’s better not to have anything there. I further requested the reception staff that at least give disclaimer’s in menu card or information so that people are not tricked into mini meal again I was told that let me check but no one ever reverted. I escalated this issue to 2 staff and none of them had the courtesy to revert back and say anything. So please be careful that mini meals are just to trick people. Would request the management to put the timings of mini meals in writing somewhere.

Wow!!!!! Lovely resort! Stayed in magnolia lake view room for 2 nights. What a breath taking view of the mountains and the lake. Weather was super pleasant. Swimming pool was very clean. Cleanliness, services was top notch. Worth every penny. And not to forget the amazing smell of rathrani when we entered.

I recently spent a weekend at cliff resort and spa for a relaxing getaway and experience was nothing short of spectacular. The staff were expectionally courteous and attentive. from the warm Welcome at Check-in to the prompt room service.
