NillThe location is good, but they don't have any rooms with the valley view, all are pool-facing. The premises is well maintained, clean. The rooms were good. They have a well-maintained tempting pool. Overall the resort aesthetic is quite pleasing. Couldn't connect to the WiFi the whole time I was there. Breakfast is impressive. They also have couple of indoor games like Table tennis, carrom, and also have badminton, cricket equipment. Overall a satisfying find, considering they also had one of the most convincing offers

NillThe rooms were clean, especially the bathrooms were clean. They provided all the necessary sanitary products. The view from the balcony is good. The breakfast provided can be made much better it's not up to the price standard. I had a great experience with them. The staff is polite and very friendly!

NillI had booked duplex room which had a capacity of 6 people. I had booked online for 4, however my son 10 years had an unexpected exeat from the boarding school and for which I informed the hotel reception about it that my 10 year is son joining for which they charged me 1200 rupees extra. While I showed them that even online booking does not charged extra as its a duplex room with 6 people capacity. Very disappointed by this hotel and insensitive front desk this is exactly the difference between a professional star rated hotel and others like the experience i encountered here. Also the service is very slow slow for room service. Even the invoice was not provided for the extra charge.

NillBooking Experience: We unfortunately decided to book three rooms for a three-night stay at Blue Country Resort, a decision we deeply regret. Rooms: The rooms are severely outdated and poorly maintained. The beds are so unstable that any slight movement makes a concerning noise, constantly leaving us in fear that they might break at any moment. The air conditioning units are antiquated, operating only at extreme temperatures or not at all, with no fans available as a backup. Additionally, the noise from the air conditioners made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Room Service: It appears that the concept of room service is unknown here. After cleaning, the room service team failed to provide towels; it took us 1.5 hours and two follow-up calls to receive them. The in-room intercom system only allows for incoming calls, which means we had to contact the reception for any service, adding to the inconvenience. Furthermore, essentials like a dental kit are not provided unless specifically requested, and even then, our request was ignored after a 2.5-hour wait. Management: After expressing our concerns, the manager seemed unable to address our complaints effectively. I escalated the issue to Santosh, the booking agent, who apologized and promised to discuss the matter with the director to ensure future guests do not face similar issues. Unfortunately, he then became unreachable. Overall: The resort claims a three-star rating on their website, but it lacks the facilities and service one would expect from a purportedly reputable establishment. The overall experience felt more akin to a poorly managed, basic hotel that greatly overstates its offerings and quality.

NillExcellent 👌 👌 👌 We had taken Super deluxe room ,it was neat and hygiene.It had two seperate beds.All necessary amenities are available in the room.Pool size is big enough.Play area for kids.Inhouse restaurant is available.We had breakfast and dinner, service is also quick.Nearby not that good hotels u get to eat.Bathroom is all good with proper toiletries.Morning view was breath taking.Property is big enough with car parking space. They have indoor games too.Staff are all co operative.Overall good resort.

NillLast day .. reception not receiving my telephone call. I hop u understand.. In 220 room . There is telephone in that room. For no reason what they telephone facilities gave customer. .. And there is a mis. Similarly in between reception no , dinner no. And housekeeping no .. 8-9 is reception no. But when u dial a 9 number..call automatically connecte dining telephone 😅 bro ...we are in 2024 And I want to visit again this resort
