Swastik Villa

Two level bungalow, lower floor has hall, kitchen, common bathroom and 1 bed. Level two, has 3 beds. 1. Good spacious bedrooms. 2. Access to pool table is via the basement. Carom and fussball is available in the hall. 3. Service is great, food is good and reasonably priced. Care taker is available at all times. He is also very polite to talk to. Negatives: 1. Not working TV, remote didn't work either. 2. No hand wash provided in bathrooms, just one available at the common sink in hall. 3. Parking is limited, can be managed for bikes but car needs to be parked outside the gate. Its safe though.

Its a 4 Bedroom bungalow, well furnished and well maintained. Has a great host and care taker. The caretaker cooks Excellent food. All side covered terrace is good for dinning/ get together. Pool table, football table, garden zoola will keep kids occupied. Overall nice stay place for medium to large family/ group.

I recently stayed at this Villa and I recommend this place. The villa is big. It has 4 clean bedrooms with ensuite clean bathrooms. The owner has provided fusball table, carom. The living room is great. The beds are huge and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Support staff is also good and can provide really good food. The best part about villa is it's dining room and terrace. The villa is not luxurious but way above average. it's better if you have your own vehicle when you come because it's little bit out of pachgani and near mapro.

Amazing Experience. So many games to play and caretaker also friendly. Rooms are clean. Best part is they also having pool table and carrom and mini football table games. Only problem is they having only small parking area which almost equivalent to 2 Car. We not take any food from them so we don't know about food taste. They have 3 avg size room and 1 Small room and 1 kitchen and big hall and big terrace. We stay here for 2 days and overall experience is amazing.

Superb property pocket friendly. 4bedrooms 3 bedrooms are full-size with balcony and 1 bit small or kids room. Terrace. House was spot clean and in peaceful location. Indoor games are good enough to keep your young ones busy within the house. Caretaker is good. Location is bet Panchgani m Mahabaleshwar so very convenient. Host is super cooperative and helpful. We will surely visit again.

Excellent place to spend quality time with your family. Quiet, clean and food prepared by caretaker is just superb. Totally worth the price Venkatesh charges.

It is a very cleaned hygienic and very peaceful place to be at with your family. The owner of the house is very cooperative and helpful. Also the caretaker are very nice people. They cook awesome food with a 24 hours smile on their face. My must stay place in Panchgani.

Nestled among greenery, this is a really nice place to stay with family or a group of friends. The owner, Mr. Venkatesh was very cooperative and helped us through the whole process of checking in. The caretaker, Mr. Ashok and his family were very helpful and provided us with everything we needed or asked for, including delicious breakfast, tea, food n coal for bonfire (at nominal prices). The villa feels like a home away from home, equipped with all necessities such as a stove, cooking vessels, etc. For entertainment there is a smart TV, and games such as foosball, carrom and a pool table. Would definitely recommend this place.
