Food was amazing and all staff is very good location is also good near by table land. Rooms is also good. Suggestions. Please provide mineral water bottles otherwise food rooms and service is very good

Dear Agents, Kindly don't book this property. As they give better rates to direct clients. I called them & asked for B2B Rates. Mrs. Sejal in the Reservations told our rooms were empty so I gave them better rates. I gave the reference to client for this property. When asked, why she did this ; she said I also have to sell my rooms. All the Hotels are dependent on Travels Agents in this Industry. Also, she war rude & arrogant while talking to me. I also have the recording of each call. She also said, you can leave this as it might not be yours, it's not about booking Sejal ji, it's about ethics in the Industry. Kindly beware to book this property. If Property owner is reading this, she also told me you can write the review as well if you have any issue with us.

Enjoyed a lot every bit of our stay at the resort!!! Manager Mr. Bahadur Rana and his entire team at the reception were really very helpful. Even the people at the restaurant were very supportive, they were at our service all the time, never said no to any request from us. Will definitely visit again and suggest others also to visit the resort to experience the service and food.
