Very nice quiet hotel, very good food, room service, clean rooms & beautiful view and calm atmosphere but still the hotel needs some major improvement & renovation. Checkin availability & affordable room prices were good.

hotel room is very clean and also the hotel staff is very cooperative and humble.room service is excellent. food quality served in hotel is very good and hygeinic. no need to go to other restaurat. enjoyed a lot in our stay and suggest to stay in this hotel.

Most disgusting experience of my life when I visited this hotel with family of five ( including aged mother 80 yrs),the booking staff seated in Ahmedabad has zero clue of the hotel & it's status and they lie to customers about the room size etc. which led me to book a quadruple room situated in most shadiest part of the hotel & inaccessible to my old mother, the extra beds assured were hardly beds and there was kachra outside the garden entrance; in fact entire property seems to be neglected in maintenance & operations with the gate & approach road is in a dilapidated state, broken fittings & peeling off paint in many parts, showing lack of customer satisfaction by management ; location & campus of hotel is good with flowering plants but there is zero view of the valley as claimed, the poorly maintained pool is not a classy swimming pool but rather a cold sauna also changing rooms are in broken state; some solace in this harrowing experience was the excellent breakfast & the well mannered staff who welcome you with a smile and look after your comfort in the very limited way they can ( but they don't wear uniforms), they did change my room with a better one with extra mattresses but the damage was already done as rooms are spacious but design is obsolete with small wardrobes which are hardly enough to accommodate your personal belongings & tiny balconies which fill up with just two people standing, split AC in our room was good but some rooms are still fitted with noisy window ACs , TVs are small in size & washrooms are poorly designed with old fittings and toilet cupboards; also basic toiletries like shaving kit are not available & there is zero laundry/ drying/ ironing arrangements so if you are attending conference you have had it ; except for the breakfast all arrangements for meals are from outside which is expensive & a big let down for a tired customer coming back from journey, conference or site seeing; Overall a No-No for tourists unless you have no choice elsewhere; be careful when you book this place & take everything in writing from them or you may loose your money; also don't book anything through Agoda or any other useless web Apps as payment is done directly to the hotel so these guys have zero control on the hotel, the management of which is obnoxiously arrogant & way big for their boots with zero customer focus and into making money from needy customers

The staff at Dhanhills were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the start. The property itself is beautifully landscaped, with lush gardens and plenty of outdoor seating areas where guests can relax and take in the breathtaking views. There's also a lovely swimming pool where I spent many hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The chefs prepared delicious meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and the service was impeccable. It's the perfect place to unwind and recharge, with exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and all the amenities you could ask for. I can't wait to return and experience it all over again! Was staying in hotel for new year and service from hotel is awesome. Mainly staff is very supportive. Room and washroom always clean. Hot water provided. Plenty of parking area. Overall best hotel . WiFi provided and in hotel pantry so you can order food without going outside.

I stayed here with my family and we really liked this hotel. Room was as expected and clean. Location was ideal for me, hotel is set in scenic surrounding with clean air. Food we had during our stay was fresh and tasty. You could not find a better place to stay.

Shady Hotel. Not for family. Ancient property with rooms stinking with decades of uncleanliness. You will vomit .

This is the work place to stay they show something on the app and have a different room all together. The rooms are dirty cupboards are broken walls as dirty no hot water have to wait for 30 min. Utensils provided were dirty. It’s an absolute waste of money and the place is overpriced it’s not even worth 2k.
