Misleading reviews on Google. Seems like paid ones. The property is not maintained at all. I booked a suite room here and the size of the room is unexpectedly small. The tv remote isn't working, kettle is broken, fan regulator is broken. No air conditioning in living room. Chairs in the balcony are broken, faucets in the washroom looks like they have never been cleaned. The floor was sticky, sofa was unclean. In short, you name it and I can tell the problem with that stuff. I will check out tomorrow and will provide the same feedback while checking out.

We had an incredible experience staying at Sterling Resort, Panchgani. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were always available to assist with anything we needed. The resort itself is beautifully located, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and valleys. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could ask for. I especially appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made for a truly relaxing getaway. The team at Sterling Resort truly cares about their guests' experience, and it made our stay extra special. Overall, I highly recommend Sterling Resort for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Panchgani in comfort.

Amazing place to visit if you want to cut off from your daily chores with your friends and family or with your loved ones, I personally enjoyed a lot in sterling holidays, the staff is very cooperative, and polite. I’ve never seen such welcoming gesture from any hotel’s staff. They have really amazing indoor games, and a tempting swimming pool as well. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. But most importantly their utmost service is commendable. I personally recommend this place. 👌🏽👍🏽😃

This resort located on mounthill and has clean rooms with good mountain view from balcony. Staff is cooperative. They have limited choice in lunch/dinner and it's average in taste. Though breakfast is good in both taste and variety. One can enjoy good stay here with relaxing and quiet weekend.

I had a incredible stay at sterling kodai lake. The room maintenance was top-notch, the food was delicious, and the hospitality was truly heartwarming. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special shoutout to March, who was incredibly patient when I made some booking errors—he explored multiple ways to find our reservation, which I truly appreciated. Aarti and Safi were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The entire team always greeted us with warm smiles, adding to the joy of our stay. A heartfelt thanks to Chef Kathiravan, who made sure everything was perfect. He consistently checked in on us, ensuring our experience was flawless. If we had any concerns, he immediately took action to resolve them. The housekeeping team also did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. This hotel truly understands hospitality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The rooms and staff are very good. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. At the restaurant you are served with a smile. Especially by sir Jagmohan, very humble and kind person. The location of the hotel is good. All facilities are good expect the room in which we stayed did not offer a good view. The balconies were opening to a common area from where you can see other rooms. The swimming pool has an eye catching view and is extremely well maintained. The food options are limited by are very deliciously prepared. The staff at the restaurant is the best part of the hotel. The service by all the staff is brilliant.

False advertising of mountain views, there is a building in front of the resort that blocks all views. The buffet (both breakfast and dinner) was very average in taste and quality. Rooms are old and need major renovations. Doesn't have a bar licence and has restrictions on drinking. Not recommended for celebrations/ parties.

Stay was amazing.rooms are clean. Staff is polite and professional. Especially Mahesh from Housekeeping was very helpful and assistive. Was available immediately on call. Great job done by him. In room Dining and restaurant staff too are professional.Rooms are neat and clean. Washrooms clean. Staff at reception are polite and friendly. Over all a very pleasant stay
