Sai Palace

Worst place , Don't visit, this fool people, do not start generator set when no electricity. Literally i spend night without light with my 3 year kid & 10months child. Disgusting hotel management person said no generator will be on after 11Pm , arrogant attitude when I came to receiption 12.43am midnight. They charge full amount from hotel charge. Toilets and bathroom are dirty , Inspects entered thought bathroom window. Don't take stay here. We taken 3 rooms on 8th Oct 24. WORST WORST AND WORST

We were 3 people stayed at sai palace the rooms are quit old, also i noticed one thing they don't change bedsheets and pillow covers and don't even give towels and bedshets for laundry and the curtains were not washed for years Vey very dirty rooms

I visited during New year eve but still found this place as not much happening.|About the overall experience, Rooms are not above expectation to that of hill station. Rooms are very simply kept with out putting much efforts in travellers comfortness. |Food quality better avoid and try somewhere else as the food option fails to impress you with your hill station experience.|I tried tea and coffee which was OK. |One thing i like is the small Garden maintained in front of entrance.|

We were a group of 4 female friends who visited this hotel in March 2016. The weather in Panchgani was pleasant. Enjoyed the local sights & the yummy strawberry with cream at nearby Bagicha. The location of the hotel was perfect giving us the required solitude. Rooms were clean with excellent room service. The owner was a very attentive and made sure that our stay was comfortable. Would really recommend this hotel when in Panchgani.

On Panchagani main road. Rooms look old, hot water is available only between 7 to 10 am. Mostly luke warm. Can try if other hotels are not available. Breakfast and tea is good. There is an old golden retriever tied near the kitchen 😒 (rocky).

Good location, not in the city. ||Calm and quiet, even though just on the main road from Mahabaleshwar to Panchani. ||10 minutes from Parsi point, can go there for a late night stroll and dinner. ||Room was okay for the money, spacious. ||Corner rooms have good view of the mountains, lake and even Tableland.

Rating this place for food, not at all good quality food, bellow average for taste, quantity is too less (ordered a paneer malasa main dish not even 2 people can properly eat) and too expensive concedering the quantity.

We stayed here 3 days. Hotel location was quite searchable and can easily locate. Rooms were quite well maintained. Even staff members were co-operative. They even helped us in making sightseeing plan. Enjoyed a lot staying here.
