The location is top notch. Beautiful view of the mountains. Amazing climate. However, the stay at the hotel was not a pleasant experience at all. It is definitely not a place for family. Good for bachelors though. Hygiene in the room was not maintained properly. Lights would often go on and off. Generator was available but the owner chose not to use it. The property is quite big and they can do a lot better with it.

The only best thing about this property was the location. Room was dirty. Bedsheets, blanket, pillow covers were torn and old. Toilet was stinky. a very small mirror. They could have work on those. and also could have provided a shade for bonfire. They told us that, They can serve Maggie and eggs for dinner, but we got overpriced burnt omelette and burnt overcooked Maggie.

Non veg food is very great. Stays are very comfortable and family friendly. Awesome views in monsoon. Bonfire dance also nice with soft music.

Location is fabulous. And specially in monsoon sahyadri mountain range is heaven. Room are very good with nice beds. Wifi speed is also very nice. And andharban Trek was good. Overall the luxury stay.

It was a very nice place near kundalika valley. And there service is too good. They also have very good food quality and taste. I suggest you guys to visit.
