Avanti Kalagram (Hill Top Resort Near Pune)

Stayed here for 2 nights. We being outdoor people loved the property and the overall experience. Positives for us were proximity to Pune City, beautiful location and scenery (property overlooks dam backwaters), access to private waterfall within the property, Katarkhadak waterfall (short distance away), spacious gardens and a clean pool in the property overlooking mountains and forests. In addition our 4 year old toddler had a great time doing activities such as bamboo craft, pottery etc. Observing frogs, dragonflies, birds, spiders and crabs was also exciting. Food was also simple and finger-licking. Final verdict- If you love nature and know being 'one' with it, this is the place for you.

Only positive is the location and scenery. Very bad cold food was served. Quite tasteless. Staff is unresponsive to simple requests to atleast reheat the food. Waited almost an hour to get the evening tea when it was over. Hardly any activities. Bottle making does not happen. No nature trails or karaoke. Swimming pool is extremely dirty. Not worth the amount they are charging.

We booked their website via online portal at discounted rate but they denied saying maintenance in property. However at same time they accepting booking from their direct site. If they don’t want booking at cheaper price remove listing so property is not listed in online portals.

Not to good, just ok ok... Cost higher compair to services, food is also ok ok, ok for one day picnic not recommended for stay.

Very bed experience when we visited Avanti Resort last Sunday. The food served was very cold and staff members are not interested giving attention. Manager was also very rude 😔. We have not provided any indoor games because other groups seminar was conducted there. Even no proper place for relaxation though we have aged member with us. In outdoor games cricket bat was broken and other material also not well to play. Pool was very 😣 unclean. In pottery & bamboo craft section, they are not interested to teach you anything. The place was costly compared to their services. Mobile network 😔 also not available all over. We go for bday 🎂 celebration, but We are very disappointed to visit their.

If you want to enjoy nature and the fresh air, don't miss this amazing experience. The finest part of the place was the swimming pool, and the cuisine was delicious and scrumptious. They also have a gaming area for youngsters. Very clean kitchen and staff. We had the excellent experience overall

AC not working Washroom super dirty Bedsheets not washed. We were given used ones. Worst thing ever Windows of container don't have a lock Gates/Doors of container not closing properly. Lol I am not kidding 😅 Swimming pool is awesome Area is big. The food is good and the staff kitchen staff is nice as well. Take a call as per the preference! Place is super costly as per the facility it provided

The view from the Deluxe rooms and across property are scenic, posting few pics I took. It is like staying in middle of the Forest, we visited April end of 2022 and still there was greenery around the hotel. At night the weather was pleasant. Rooms were good nothing fancy as such and Food was good but we felt it lacked Variety for 2 days of stay. Swimming pool is good and good options for indoor games. I felt the indoor games were not maintained adequately. Pottery and Bamboo art session is good experience. Didn't find the Container stay satisfying. They should provide Wi-Fi in rooms or atleast multiple places around the property considering mobile network is available for limited Network providers. Overall Good stay in midst of Nature but few things can be improved to make it amazing.
