Terrible Experience - Misleading Promises and Poor Management We recently booked for a picnic with our office team, and it was an absolute disaster. The management completely let us down. They promised us unlimited food, but that was a pure lie Not only did the food run out quickly but when we asked for more he asked for extra money. The staff clearly had no intention of honoring the unlimited food they advertised. It was embarrassing to see everyone hungry and frustrated because of their false promises.To make matters worse, the food they did serve was awful cold tasteless and clearly not fresh. We expected much better, especially for the price we paid. The poor management and lack of basic customer service ruined what was supposed to be a fun day. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they fix their broken promises and seriously improve their management. A total waste of time and money.. I want to give a 0 rating but there is no option to give a 0 rating.

Peaceful and beautiful gateway for break from hectic and polluted life. Been here with my colleagues from Pune and Mumbai and it's beautiful place to be in which is surrounded by nature. Hospitality is beyond words. It's just offering home away from home. Enjoyed playing Archery and Badminton. Have many other indoor games too Perfect place to visit with friends and family.

**Horrible Experience** Our office team visited this week and it was a disaster. They promised unlimited food, but it ran out quickly with no refills and food quality was worst. one of our team members got food poisoning this is worst. Poor management and unsafe food avoid this in fact go with only accommodation only

I had a lovely experience at tapovan. The place is fantastic with a great atmosphere. It was cool and breezy. We had our family get together over there, and the service which was given to us was fantastic. We enjoyed a lot in the swimming pool. It was very nice that they had great board games, cards, and outdoor games too. Me and my sisters loved playing Badminton. Overall a great place to visit.

It's nice and quite place with full of amenities. Hotel staff is cooperative and can offer delicious food as per demand.

Location is very nice,villa is also spacious.Kids enjoyed a lot in swimming pool. However the food quality was not good.We visited Tapovan last week and found that plates were not cleaned properly.Literallly there was dust on every utensil.There is no filter water .Hygiene is not maintained properly.I have 2 little kids but there was nothing to eat for them considering their age.There is huge electricity issue as well. When we checked in there was no electricity.We requested them multiple times and then they started inverter .Staff use to off inverter in between without any intimation.For me that thing was very annoying.

The new swimming pool is very exciting to hangout with your friends and family. The atmosphere here is very energetic and fresh. The barbeque food tastes just awesome. A perfect package to spend quality time with your friends and family.
