One of the best resorts in India. Full of lush green forest. Treat to the eyes in monsoon. Extremely polite staff, very tasty and freshly prepared Maharashtrian traditional food. Good room service. I have seen some people have given 1/5 or 2/5 ratings. These people are fools. When you are planning for vacation, do some research about the place. Since the resort is surrounded by lush green forests, there are chances of you seeing reptiles or other animals. Resort have also mentioned the same in their official website. People complaining about rats and other things. It’s recommended that you should keep your doors closed during the stay. Same informed by resort as well during check-in. Over all a very good place for staycation with family.

Not a much good food quality as pricing so high including 4 course meal but quality is very poor as compared to the rates. Only the stays are designed good but bathing water also contaminated and hard. Also we found the mouse/rat at the day of checkout in our room in our clothes which we kept to dry them. A big 👎🏻 as compared to the rates and quality. Better to search more sustainable resorts or stays rather than this one.

Though the approach road near Lohagad Fort is a bit challenging and parking inside is limited to 4–5 vehicles, they efficiently arrange parking outside. A truly peaceful and memorable stay — highly recommended for those seeking nature, culture, and comfort.

What really stood out to us was the hospitality. The staff was incredibly caring, honest, and cooperative—always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made us feel so welcome and well taken care of throughout the stay. The ambiance of the entire resort is serene and beautifully themed around Maratha heritage. Every corner has a story. The food at Randhanhaat was another highlight—authentic Maharashtrian flavors served with love and tradition. The place is well-planned and beautifully laid out. The food was excellent, and the resort had a large area with a lovely nature walk where you can spot many birds—very refreshing and peaceful. However, the room (Royal Rahuti Tent) lacked a few basic amenities like a lock, fan, and telephone. Also, the bathroom drainage wasn’t great; water didn’t drain properly after a bath. Overall, a great place to relax, but a few improvements in room facilities would make the experience even better.

Just coming back from chavani lohagad..|We must say it's a fabulous and fantastic stay for all of us.. we stayed in royal rahuti.|From reception area we have been hosted by the team in chavani.. nitin from this place helped us a lot.. food , stay and team members are all best. The bestest part is the location of this resort which is nestled in the foot hills of lohgad. We had a wonderful stay which is supported by whether.. many thanks to the team of chanavi. All the concepts are nicely done.
