Their biriyani was really good. The quantity was filling, sufficient for two. But the Korean fried chicken was too sweet for us. Else the service was awesome 👍

Service is extremely disappointing and slow. We had to call like hundred times for basic things. There was a point when there was no water in bathroom. Even after paying for extra mattress , it took them so long to arrange that for us. I feel these are very basic things.The food in restaurant Andaaz is horrible too. They don’t have good parking facility.

This hotel is on the prime location of JM road ,very near to most of the High end shops, market and offices of that area. Airport is 30-35 minutes away. Rooms are cleaned, Mine room had sufficient daylight. Management needs to work on the bathroom. Room service is on time. Staff is polite,and professional. The management staff does NOT co-operate much .

Hotel Ambience and Hotel Rooms are good but tje Service and Policies should be differ as per person to person. If a family member is staying in hotel then another family member is not allowed is what kind of policy is this ? We have staying in many hotel but every where if the customer is alllowed then hotel staff should be allow to go. Here every one is directly stoped the lerson and ask dont go .. if want to go to meet then pay sme Amount and then go. It meance for meet to any our family member or any office colouge you have to pay in hotel desk then they allow th meet. Worste policy i have ever seen

Rooms need to be more airy with good lighting and painted fresh white..washrooms r not at all clean and tidy..probably need to b renovated..food quality starters and sweets r good..rest food in ok..

Reception guy was to rude both morning n evening shift guy There is another issue in room Inside room There ws 1 more door which was locked n room Was interconnected to each other I ask reception person to Show the another room but he refused to show me n gave reson all room booked n all Very bad experience never recommend to any one with family

The location is great. Since the property is old the rooms are well furnished and equipped. Although the rooms need a little renovation in terms of appliances and amenities. The service was not the best. All in all not exactly value for money as i stayed both on weekends and weekdays separately. A decent place for a quick stay.
