The hotel is very clean and services here are very good. Staffs here are very helpful and takes care of small things as well. Of you are staying here then you must try meals here. The meals serving are top class quality

It's a wonderful experience with this hotel. Complementary breakfast is also available with more than 3 menus . Overall experience is good.

Best service. Food is delicious specially starters and sweets. Ambiance is very calm and soothing. Staff is very friendly. Good place to come with your toodler. Multiple options in buffet. Great place to have a family dinner. One should give it a try once. Book in advance from zomato. Luckly we got the discount also.

Had booked a premium room for 4 of us since they were not having rooms available. We paid Rs 4,800/- for a single room ie room tariff was 2800 but they charged an extra amount of Rs.2000/- for 2xtra mattresses. They provided with a single complementary water bottle to 4 of us and when we asked for 1 more bottle the person at reception was arguing with us. Next morning our room was not having hot water facility my senior parents took cold water bath n when we asked the person at reception (always in arguable tone n very impolite) he said that why r you calling and asking for things..which is not how you speak.He then asked us to take shower in the opposite room which was vacant and to which we denied as why are we suppose to go to some other room to have shower. The person at reception then gave us hot water in bucket which was again not at all a gud service. The hotel service is extremely pathetic we pay almost 5,000/- and on top of it we are asked not to call and ask for things and that so called manager rude and indecent behaviour. Not at all recommended for stay.

Staff are very polite friendly & helpful. Room are need and clean. How can I forget to thanks to chef for the delicious breakfast and food!! Manager Mr.Ankit thankyou for good hospitality. Last but not the least those who are in service salute thankyou so so much.... Really enjoy the stay

Pathetic experience. Check in problem my name reservation was not available it was in different name and need to talk to makemytrip where I booked and in turn they connected with treebo to this property diretly to reception and asking him to give the room after changing the name in thier record at night 10.20 pm after a long day work. But the reception guy said sorry. Cold behaviour from the reception. On.the property feedback: Television not working the cables to the modem are displaced. It took 10 minutes for the service boy to come and fix the issue. The air conditioner Panasonic is 15 years old and remote is a toy did not work. It was blowing the air like a turbine blower. The other room which we booked my colleague developed high temperature and breathing trouble and he switched off the AC. Food is pathetic both paid and complimentary breakfast. Not safe Foodto have in the hotel. The treebo reception guy did not bother about the reservation and he follows orders from.his operation head and he says he is not responsible for the checkin we need to talk to makemytrip and treebo related to reservation as his record does not have guest name and is different. Important is to resolve the matter by calling up the relevant superiors and take decision. I believe treebo runs multiple properties may be outsourced rhe work to 3rd party or inefficient staffs without formal training. My recommendation is look out for other hotels before you choose this property.

In room no-102 Wash room not clean, tiles were broken and AC was not working properly. Washrooms are not per the standard of Treebo. Service boys and front desk staffs were very Polite and good. Suggestion :Below the cot has to be cleaned and moped on regular intervals lot of dusts are there.
