Among the worst things I've ever done!Since this location is closer to Tarkarli Beach, we had reserved it.After our conversation, the owner confirmed it for the sum that was decided upon. Once we got there, the rooms were musty and the windows were open without a mosquito net.In a large room, one of the two fans was non operational.The room's lighting was inadequate.After arrival, we had one of the worst cups of tea!The electric Good Night mosquito repellents were not given to us.We had requested it because the mosquitoes were intolerable and the windows lacked mosquito netting!The owner treated us like we were just a piece of dirt!He had given us anti-mosquito sticks, but who is going to wake up at midnight and keep burning the same thing over and over again when it only lasts for thirty minutes?As there was no nearby shop to buy ₹80 electric mosquito good night repellent we had no option than to suffer throughout night just for that ₹80 thing from owner!Hardly any person had a sleep.Since we weren't fond of tea, we went somewhere for breakfast, lunch, and dinner because we weren't required to stay and compulsorily eat at the location. However, the owner requested more money than we had discussed when we checked out!He protested because we don't eat breakfast at his house and that we didn't bring him any money!He also mentioned to us, during the dispute, that he has been a police officer for over thirty years!Horrible!

We have visited this place in Jan 24 but get totally disappointed with the service we get. First we book 02 rooms and 01 hall (Non AC) but rooms and hall don't have window net to protect from mosquitoes and owner didn't give the good knight option as well. Don't have continue hot water . On the top of this during billing owner made bill with another amount ( Hall rate we fixed _ 1500 per day and he ask for 2000) and started agrument saying you didn't take breakfast at my hotel. This is completely ridiculous exprierance that they don't have facilities and charging different amount. Not recommended.

Accommodation is available here and the food is very good. Spending time at the beach with family is very pleasant. Once you really come and enjoy this point..
