Verfy nice and beautiful place to stay here. Rooms could be little better according to price. Foods are reasonable. Plenty of space to park your car inside. If you love silence and nature , if you want to hear birds chirping in the morning this is the perfect stay. I loved the environment of this place.

Worst resort. Staff were unprofessional. They behaved rudely with the guests. Restaurant was not up to the mark. They serve chowmin in paper plate and tea in paper cups. The location is far from the core area. Rooms don't have electric kettle. Wi-Fi is not working.

Most horrible. Room are too bad . Pillow are too hard. Dirty bedsheet dirty towel no drinking water provided , broken door, tap was not working, too dirty toilet, glasses are dirty , no one came for room service after so many called no one responded. Unprofessional staff in restaurant. Too bad food. Tasteless, geyser was not working, whole day loadshedding. Room charges was 2000/- for this pathetic room. They don't deserve 200 rs. Non sense. Overpriced rooms with pathetic service. They charged 1000rs more than vblogs citing year end rush. The 4 bedded room we had, had no sofa or furniture other than beds, no water heater kettle. Wifi had no internet When you call their attendants for something, they say ok, and forget about it We asked for simple bed sheets and got it 3 hours later at 12 at night. They told us to vacate a room 1 hour before checkout We agreed if they could accommodate us in another room for longer We had booked two rooms,but we already lost access to one of the bathrooms But still agreed And after a while, they said we need to vacate the remaining room too They go back on their words very often They had said there was meal system for drivers and quoted a price too On arriving there, they refused. Price for food was also increased. The decoration of the room is tachy Very dark The only redeeming point is that good is good and overall reasonable prices But the rooms are definitely overpriced The reviews are mostly paid.. Don't trust them, and keep a thorough record of their dealings Not much to see locally either Avoid staying here altogether if you can or look for other options.

Worst experience ever. Rooms are as shabby as they could be and stinking due to poormaintenance and damp. Extremely overrated. The rooms they provide in the name of "GARDEN VIEW DELUXE ROOM" ideally be charged not more than ₹1200/- to ₹1400/- because they could be anything but deluxe rooms. Extremely poor conduct of the staffs especially the one in the reception. They must be trained about hospitality before apponting them. They SERVE FOOD WITHOUT COVER. WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNHYGIENIC AND UNACCEPTABLE. This is my first experience where a hotel so hyped, do serve you tea/coffee in 100ML PAPER CUPS. All the taps are dripping water the whole day but when you actually want to keep it running it just starts to drip a bit more nothing else. Water remains stagnant like a pool inside the toilet. And the toilet is so dirty that you feel like puking. The room service is deplorable. One of theblankets they provided was so dirty that it couldn't be used. You feel a negative vibe as soon as you enter the room Or toilet. Though the location of the resort is really good and the atmosphere of the surrounding in calm and serene. But, you cannot enjoy the beauty of the place due to the stay and horrible hospitality provided by the owner through their Zero Trained staffs. They are eager to provide you with a rented car at as high a price as ₹5000 for only 120km movent. This kind of hospitality will spoil the impression of the tourist who actually come to enjoy the serenity of the place. The pictures from my room and toilet is posted here for the future travellers so that they can choose wisely. Take a look of the menu too. You never know what amount you have to pay for a aloo paratha as the price changes with time. 😝 Posting the view of the resort from outside, which only seems good here.

Beautiful resort. Great location. Average food. Staff and service needs to improve a lot. Nevertheless, Khairi resort is always an excellent place to be on the weekend. It is just 220 km, 4hrs away from Kolkata.

Located on NH48, this is a prime spot at Bangriposhi for visiting Shimlipal forest. Availability of a room is a bit challenging as this is a place of high demand. They arrange forest trips and also sight seeing. Service is good and the rooms are comfortable though not much specious. The interior area is very impressive and is visited by numerous birds. Being close to the forest is an additional benefit. The main market is also very close.

Worst management ever. Rooms don't have any hot kettle. Few rooms are dampened. Drivers accommodation is poor. Not a cost effective restaurant . Same menu tasted different on different days. No consistency in menu. Management is after money not service. Wi-Fi not working.
