Ramatirtha Nature Camp, Similipal

The staff is kind and try his best to satisfy the customers. I am surprised there are not a lot of foreigners coming to Similipal ( the last one was 1 year ago), the national park, specially a jungle safari, well worth a visit.

We stayed here for a night! Initially we planned to book a 10 bedded AC Suite, but at the last moment unfortunately it got booked. We settled on a non-AC 10 bedded suite. We were happy with the cleanliness and washrooms. It has 2 rooms with 4 beds and a dorm type hall with 6 beds. It overall had 3 washrooms with geysers. The suite was overall spacious and is recommended for large groups and families as well . The food costs 50Rs PP for breakfast, 150Rs PP for Lunch and 250Rs PP for dinner. The quality of food and service is amazing and I totally recommend having meals here. The staff is also helpful and cooperative. The inhouse crocodile breeding center (non-operational) had 4-5 crocodiles in captivity which can be seen in a inhouse lake and cage. The only drawback is Similipal Forest Sight Seeing points are a bit far from here but still one can choose to spend a night or 2 here for a serene experience.

Nice place to visit and also renovation work going on it must be a good tourist spot in near future. Now you can enjoy Childrens park, water cascades and crocodile park.

Room & service is good, test of food need to be improved, location is good. parking place is open.
