Sarafgarh Nature Camp

It was an incredibly enjoyable experience. The camp was nestled amidst beautiful scenery, surrounded by rolling hills and tranquil waters. The picturesque views alone were worth the trip. What made this nature camp even more memorable were the various fun options available. There were numerous activities to choose from. Overall, my experience at the nature camp was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of breathtaking scenery, a multitude of activities, and a warm atmosphere made for an unforgettable retreat. I would highly recommend this camp to anyone seeking a nature-filled adventure and a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Heavenly place. Lovely view. The only problem is maintenance of the cottages. Geyser was not working in Cottage no 2. Water leakage in bathroom. Food quality could have been better. Bed tea was not served on time. Otherwise the staff were very cordial and helpful. Had a wonderful stay.

The place was amazing, it will make you feel relaxed and connected to the nature, I am having only one request to the government that they should take a step to keep the toilets clean. But yes my over all experience was very nice.

It is a great place to visit with wonderful ambiance. The lush green landscapes amidst the mountains and the water reservoir makes it a lovely place to spend time. The Eco park developed by Forest Department is just awesome and located at a very splendid location.

I had the opportunity to travel to this destination today (30-Mar-2024). One of the worst experiences, Not because of the destination (the serenity) but how it's been managed. The common toilet inside is broken & no human should enter it so that you may piss somewhere under the sky. The boating team asks you to pay INR 700 for a 15-minute ride (I mean look at the richness of the place in the interior of Sundargarh). No sane individual would be ready to pay for it. "Travel with no expectations" - That's the mantra.

Masabira which is a nature camp which is in Sundargarh district. Odisha is a good place to visit or there is a big dam nearby which is good for boating and also a good place for group picnic, if you have network problem then Odisha government. If a mobile tower is installed then it will become a good resource for the public.👍👍

Kids friendly and clean place to visit with family and friends. Picnic spot with water facility. Ready made food is also available here on reasonable price. Nature camp can be viewed by getting entry tickets. View for photography and shoot is very nice. Many more places are here to visit around 10 kms of radius. Safe to visit with family and kids. But one has to book private transport or own vehicle.
